My Experience with the front desk staff was phenomenal! I came to DC to meet my newborn grandson, (who is fine now), but there was a lot of uncertainty that effected my travel. All interactions with the Courtyard staff were appropriately compassionate, and exceedingly helpful. They went above and beyond! Shout out to Kyauna Jones at the front desk and Norma Giroux!

Great place for a baseball game We were only here for a night to catch a Nats game. The location is fantastic as the stadium is a short walking distance. I was notified of my upgrade with SNA the night before arrival and was placed in a nice suite, the extra space was appreciated. Check-in was a breeze and the personnel were extremely polite and mentioned the breakfast offering has not yet been reestablished but recommended a nice restaurant as a substitute. There is a small bistro in the lobby however we didn't use it so my thoughts are pretty neutral about it. All in all this was a great location as a lot of eating options within walking distance as well as the metro within a block. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future if need be.

Best stay of all our 100 vacations I have never in all our travels all over Europe and Asia come across better customer service in probably a hundred vacations This is the best stay we have ever had anywhere and we have stayed at the ritz carlton in Singapore. The night manager (I did not get his name) who came at 4 was especially great. Hands down the best manager we have ever encountered. And I am a lawyer and not easy to please. Every request was handled professionally and promptly. He even suggested how to get more marriott points by not transferring my stay to the united card. The place was spotless. He gave us a late checkout for free. We had three rooms on this visit. We come all the time since my son is in the Marines in DC. We will be there many times in the next two years.

Great location for Game Day A wonderful choice for travelers to see the Washington Nationals play. The location is a short walk to the ballpark and offers on-premises parking. The room was pretty standard with a good use of space and appropriate cleanliness features in this COVID environment. Front desk staff were great from check-in to check-out during our brief stay. We enjoyed the goodies that came with the ballpark package deal. Coffee shop around the corner, next to parking garage entrance had baked goods for our early departure.

This hotel was not clean and the breakfast is terrible Our room was dirty, there were hairs in the bed and bathroom floor and sink - does not seem like the room was cleaned before the previous guest. The TV did not work on our second night and the front desk was not able to fix. Also, the breakfast was terrible. Boxed and pick-up breakfasts at other hotels are superior in these COVID times compared to what your hotel offered - tiny yogurts and tiny wrapped muffins - completely unacceptable.
