On Point Having the opportunity to have stayed in some of the best hotels in the city - I feel confident in saying FS Georgetown is top of the mark. Their staff is highly effective and professional - Michael and his concierge team are top notch and the chat feature through the app is not to be missed. Had a late night bite at Bourbon Steak - which was great. My only regret was not staying longer!

Highly recommended We had a wonder 3 night stay - exceptional service, everything clean and comfortable, excellent fitness center with COVID precautions, the front desk/concierge were friendly and incredibly helpful. Perfect location.

Ellen Shafer I rented an accessible one bedroom suite to recover from knee surgery. It was amazing at every level .. Shower facilities very accessible plus other bathroom items provided cheerfully . Front Desk, Room Service, Housekeeping , valet parking .. all extremely responsive and helpful .. nothing too much trouble. I was there for seven nights and was treated like a VIP by everyone. I can’t praise Jason the manger and his staff highly enough . Extremely high level of cleanliness and comfort . It certainly enhanced my recovery .. best, Ellen Shafer

Business Trip I completely and thoroughly enjoyed my recent visit with Four Season. Although, the recent pandemic has affected my life and business travel, the entire staff: housekeeping, managerial staff, doormen, bell hops, room service was completely incredible. My room was impeccable. The entire staff was professional, respectful and polite. The property exceeded any protocols for cleanliness and sterilization. The name escapes me; however, my travel coordinator made a faux pas and my driver service was a no show. I had to be on an early morning flight and had little wiggle room. The manager was a complete gentleman and was like a Superman who rescued the day. I was able to reach the airport in time with a few moments to spare. He went over and above to ensure my safety and proper arrival. Best Four Seasons Ever. Oh, and the spicy shrimp and grits were marvelous! And, the area Georgetown was quite charming. Love!

Service in Spades Unparalleled service for those willing to spend a little more to enjoy the best. The staff was extremely pleasant, welcoming, and attentive during our stay. The room was appointed very well. For us, we walked into Georgetown for takeout at our favorite Italian restaurant (Shout out to Filomena!), and enjoyed it comfortably in the room. Room service breakfast was delicious, delivered promptly and piping hot. The hotel exceeded our expectations and we'll be back.
