Great staff! Great location and very friendly helpful staff! Room was just OK, could use an update. Especially the carpeting. Breakfast buffet was a good value when campared to big city prices. There is a free bus nearby that can take you to the Wharf which is cool. Though the restaurants are "trendy" and thus overpriced.

Great location, very good hotel for a week Recommend this Hilton when in D.C. to tour museums and memorials. Perfect location, very near L’Enfant Plaza Metro station, and helpful staff. They texted us multiple times during our week to confirm all was well with our room. Handy restaurants on site (one for breakfast, the other for dinner), handy laundry facility on floor #2, small but handy market and fresh fruit basket near Reception. Room was cleaned nicely and daily, good space and layout, confortable beds and linens. Enjoyed the large pump containers of Dove products in the bathroom. Very positive experience in D.C.

Very noise, no sleep! Perfect location though We stayed here 11 years ago, but didn't remember much about it, except the location to the metro stations. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and experienced friendly staff all 5 nights there from the front desk, concierge, restaurant staff, and housekeeping. The parking is a bit of a pain as the "in out" ticket privilege's never read correctly. Parking is $53.10 per night, but you know that when booking and it is right under the hotel, so super convenient. It is just down the road from the Air and Space museum and a couple more minutes to the National Mall. If you want to walk the area of foot, it is perfectly located. If you want to take the circulator bus (unreliable) or the Metro bus or Metro train, they are all just around the corner within a couple of minutes walk. So you can get all over D.C. and even Arlington Cemetery without having to drive your car, or walk if you don't want to. The big con about this hotel is sleeping. The beds are so firm, they are hard as a rock. There is a chaise lounge there (that I had to sleep on every night due to back pain from the bed). But the chaise lounge does not have seat cushions that are velcroed down, so each move they fall off more and more until they are on the floor and you have no seat cushion under you (same with sitting on them). An absolute idiot designed that piece of furniture! The hotel is also extrmemly loud! The windows are super thin so you hear all outside noise, and obviously the transit system. Right next to it though, is railroad tracks and the cargo trains run all night long and they are very busy tracks. The worst of all is the inside noise. Walls are paper thin. You hear everyone in the hallway and the rooms next to you, and through the heater/air vents like they are in the room with you. We heard neighbors converstations and what they were watching on TV and obviously they heard ours as well. You could also hear them using the bathroom. Due to all of this noise, we won't stay here again. Too bad because it is in a great location and staff is wonderful!

It works. Good location to the National Mall and The Metro! You can get anywhere from the hotel. Not a lot to choose from a restaurant standpoint as hotel sits among government buildings. Staff is very nice. Hotel is getting dated but it is clean and in decent shape. Two other comments. The beds are pretty hard...not broken down hard....just hard. The plumbing is a little suspect. You might have to flush 2-3 times to clear the toilet. Price was very reasonable - I used points - and I would stay here again.

Fantastic location Hotel was in great location to many major attractions. We have young children, 2, 5, and 7, and they were able to walk to places like the Smithsonian museums without issue. Was a very clean and modern hotel as well. Only issue is the parking. It’s $53 a day, $45 flat rate with an $8 tax tacked on, but you are allowed to come and go multiple times without being charged. Just know they will charge you that upfront upon arrival so add on $53 per day of your stay to your total.
