Nice hotel and good location Stayed for 1 week and overall the hotel was very good. we were comfortable as a family of 4. We liked the stocked mini kitchen, it helped with simple food prep/assembly and some light cooking. Note the whole foods is pretty close, for the basic grocery needs (sandwich meats, pasta, etc.). And the separate room helped when we needed a little space for some quiet time. The shower in the bathroom had a slow drain, and this was addressed by the staff soon after I informed them of it (prompt service and care). The morning breakfast is good. Scrambled eggs, cereal, coffee, bread, and pastries. There are also plenty of good restaurants nearby. McPherson station was the closest metro stop, it's a decent walk, and from there getting around was straight forward. (*NOTE for TripAdvisor: I had pictures but they are in Apple HEIC format which is not supported with tripadvisor website*)

How Suite It Is! I've stayed in a few other DC hotels, but this is my new favorite. From the clean and spacious room, to the ideal central downtown location, you cannot go wrong here. Even the sofa bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on. I was also surprised at how quiet it was considering that my room faced Massachusetts Ave. My only complaint? It would've been nice to get the A/C down a couple more degrees.

Clean Hotel / Bad Customer Service The hotel itself was great! It was in a great location and rooms are clean, spacious & new. We only had trouble with the front desk Staff (Anna) & we’re very disappointed. We arrived around 9am, which we understood was way before check in time. We checked in with Anna to see if there was availability for early check in & did not mind any fees. She explained that the hotel was sold out the night before & no rooms were available, which again, we understood. We left our bags & went out for the day, & tried calling in a few times to check if any rooms were available but no answer from front desk. We came back to the hotel around 3pm (check in is at 4) & checked in w/ Anna who rite away said no rooms available. She didn’t bother taking the time to check or offer other options, just said no. She was defensive for no reason & gave so much attitude when replying. I told her we’ve been Hilton remembers for a while & the least she could do was ask housekeeping. It was odd that it was 1 hour before check in & no rooms were still available. She finally checked w/ housekeeping after going back & forth with us, & to no surprise, a room was available! I’ve been in customer service for years & did not appreciate this type of rude service, it was very disappointing & because of this, I’d probably not return. We travelled here with kids & the extra effort to check would’ve been appreciated.

THE WORST HOTEL The worst hotel I've ever stayed in! Extremely arrogant manager, when calling about my irformations they put me on the wait 3 times and the last time they disconnected the call, at each end of the sentence she said "for God's sake”, i mean if you don’t want to respond questions about your hotel just don’t work there!!

Convenient Location I love the location of this hotel. I stayed in this hotel 3 times and each time for 6-7 nights. I stayed ladt here in May 2023. The hotel has spacious reception area that is well decorated. Staffs were friendly and welcoming. My room was a mini suit with all appliances and kitchen amenities including stove. Comfortable bed with clean linen. It has a small leaving area. I received the room cleaned everyday. Only problem was that it has only a valet parking. The location is very good, metro stations are located within 5-10 minutes walk.
