10/10 , concierge was extra helpful Hotel Madera offered an amazing stay during a business trip for 5 days in Washington, DC. We were pleasantly greeted each day that we departed or arrived back to the hotel and Jorge from the concierge was tremendously helpful to us. He helped carry many boxes for us when we were unable to. Will certainly be back to stay here again for the next business trip.

My GoTo Hotel in DC Conveniently located, quiet and reasonably priced. No bells and whistles, but a great place to stay while in DC.

Jorge's customer service Jorge provides exceptional customer service. No matter the time of day, he always greeted me warmly and welcomed me back, even remembering my name right away. I truly believe Jorge is well-suited to manage customer service. !!!!!!!!!!!!!

A delightful place to stay Fun hotel. Everything you need. Great valet service. Marisa at the front desk is really sweet and competent. Perfect location. Gave us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary. Just up the road from Tatte’s for breakfast and 3 blocks from DuPont Circle
