Poor housekeeping The housekeeping service is terrible. The first day, room was left unmade. Following days, the bed was very badly done. The door of the bathroom did not close properly. Maintenance is needed and close supervision of the staff.

nice place large rooms, great bedding, good restaurant, shuttle to casino at guest convenience, close to premium outlet center. skip casino buffet, one of the worst. close to freeway, but quiet. extra choice hotel points.

Another Excellent Stay First let me say that we have stayed at this Cambria Hotel a few times before while visiting the Western PA area. This trip we needed a couple of rooms for the family to celebrate the 4th of July. It was a spur of the moment decision so we honestly though getting a single room was going to be near impossible but Sarah and Patricia worked hard to get us 2 rooms. Incredibly pleased. There's more ... We really wanted to have the rooms next door to each other so took a chance and made the request. Sarah said she needed to check with her manager and look at the bookings but would call me back that evening. Well she actually called me back in less than an hour with both rooms booked for all 4 nights right next to each other. Excellent customer service! I was pleased. And the entire time she was friendly and pleasant. What's even better is the next day Patricia made a courtesy call about a different type room that opened up due to a cancellation and was just checking to see if we were interested in that room instead if the king due to our family needs. What a great thing to do for the customer. We got a great rate and the folks at Cambria Hotel know how to take care of their customers. Unless fully booked, I will not stay at any other hotel in the Western PA area. Incredible service, very clean rooms, comfortable bed and nice breakfast bar makes this place ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Thanks Cambria for a great 4th of July weekend!

Clean and Convenient Great location near Outlet stores and great restaurants nearby. The hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant and attentive. The breakfast was not so great. It will improve if they had a waffle making station. They have a mini pool and hot tub that my little nephews enjoy. The hotel has a nice setting area by the pool but it was too hot to sit outside. It lacked a safe. It had a mini fridge and microwave

Great Location The Hotel is close to the outlets and the casino. Rooms are a nice size and bed was very comfortable. We were on the 4th floor which was recently remodeled so it was very clean and updated. The breakfast buffet was 4.95 and was ok.Front desk staff very friendly,we would stay here again.
