Nice saty Check-in by Tricia was very nice. Room 321 was a nice big room, away from the main road. Lotion, shampoo and conditioner are in refillable dispensers. Water pressure in the shower was very good! Breakfast was standard (only complaint was that mixed berry jelly was the only jelly/jam available... no honey. The hotel is a bit older but it was very comfortable. The bed had wonderful sheets!

Fine for an overnight Stayed over to visit family member in the hospital. It's about 15 minutes from Allen Hospital and near a few quick service restaurants. Convenient location. The room was clean and for the price, it was no surprise that everything is worn, especially the hallways and elevator. The staff in the morning were very friendly. I arrived around 11:30 pm and the employee was clearly bored but she got through her memorized explanations of everything and that was that. Fine for a one night stay.

Best Staff Ever!!! Exceptionally wonderful staff. So kind and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. It's so nice to find employees who are so caring and helpful! They took care of all of our needs with our unplanned emergency travel with children. Especially the lady at the front desk!! Thank you so much!!!!! And....we loved all the fluffy pillows!!!! So many pillows :)

The people make a difference! Very friendly and accommodating front desk staff- just what I needed since I was really tired when I checked in. She helped me a lot and made the process so easy, because I had to make some changes to the booking. Room was standard and clean. Breakfast was basic (sausage, scrambled eggs, bread, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, cereal). Staff was cheerful and greeted folks- this is a small touch but makes a big difference! Good location near stores and restaurants.

BEWARE Do NOT stay here. We paid $107, so it’s not like we expected the Taj-Mahal; but we didn’t expect a cheap roadside dump either. The only good thing is that it was relatively clean. I say “relatively” because it’s old and in need of paint and repairs. The 1elevator was filthy. We went down for breakfast and that was a joke. Coffee was Luke warm at best, no waffle mix available, the cook was trying to warm up some food in the microwave. We looked in the micro kitchenette area and decided we wouldn’t eat there even if they put something warm out. When we left, all the receipts were in a pile on the counter. I could have taken them all and had names, addresses, etc. of course I didn’t, but talk about a lack of concern for privacy. If I could give it a 0, I would have.
