4th of July Convenient to rafting the Black river, cruising lake Ontario from Sackets Harbor as well as close to 1000 island cruises (30 min to Alexandria Bay or 30 min to Clayton). Room was clean, staff friendly, bed a bit on soft side, strong a/c. Plenty of outdoor parking. Breakfast was very average, but there are plenty of options within driving distance. Cookies in the evening at front desk was a nice touch.

Best breakfast ever!!! We were warmly greeted when we checked in around 5pm. Looks like the hotel has been recently remodeled as it looked fresh and clean. We opted for a suite for a small additional charge. It was like being in a small apartment! Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large with plenty of counter space. Now for the breakfast! It was one if not the best hotel breakfasts we've ever had! Great selection of hot and cold items. The sausage gravy was the best we've ever had at a hotel. The hotel is near a plethora of restaurants and gas stations with easy access to I-81 and the 1000 Islands. Highly recommend!!!

Nice clean room; good locaton Nice room and easy check-in process. The mattress was very comfortable, and the AC worked well. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly. We would stay here again. Good location as a gateway to the Thousand Islands.

Was not worth the price After having to book 3 rooms for my family of 5, the staff was rude when I asked for toiletries. Beyond that was charged an additional 250 a night smoking fee plus tax on the smoking fee, when I did not smoke in the room period. The rooms were basic, coffee was disgusting. I usually love holiday in express however I will not return.

Quiet, clean, and spacious rooms. Enjoy the freshly baked cookies! Check in and check out were quick and very friendly. Our room (307) had a little living room with a tv, with another tv in the bedroom. The hotel and room were clean and well air conditioned. Shower pressure and temperature were great; many toiletries were included… very practical! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We would absolutely return if in the area.
