Days Inn by Wyndham Johnson Creek

Would stay again The room was clean and service was excellent. We have stayed here a few times and we always have a good room. The price is very reasonable for the room. The pool area is very nice. There’s laundry and ice right down the hall. They sell some necessities near the front desk. Breakfast is always good.

DO NOT STAY HERE! They will overcharge you and never refund you when they get caught and or confronted about it! They will say it was a technical difficulty! The staff were incompetent and I was just overall disappointed with the whole thing! The view was nice

first night Check in and out was very smooth. Both were very friendly as was the night desk person. We were on motorcycles and it was going to storm overnight and we were allowed to park under the front canopy and in the morning the lady asked if we would like towels to wipe the bikes down. The little things like that make a stay more enjoyable. Kudos to the staff

Hotel Management is not honest Beware when staying at the Days Inn by Wyndham at Johnson Creek. I do not recommend this hotel. It is independently owned and is operated by the on-site manager named Menta. She does not operate the hotel in an honest manner. Wyndham customer care will not help. The "account supervisor" Amanda said they don't record calls so will do nothing. If you still choose to stay at this hotel, make sure that you receive a confirmation email and double check that all information is correct. Have this with you when you check in and keep it until after your payment is processed for the agreed upon amount. Details: I booked a room for myself and my 92 year old mother as part of a wedding block. The front desk made my reservation for the wrong day. (I am 100% sure of this for numerous reasons.) When I asked to be booked for the correct night, Menta said all of the rooms in the block were taken so she could not (would not) give me the wedding rate of $99 - and that she had 2 rooms left (same class as those in the block) and that I wouldn't be able to find another room in town due to various events. I paid $224.08 total (10% sr discount) and Menta told me she would speak to her staff that booked the room. After repeatedly going to Menta during my day there and numerous phone calls after (10 total) she told me she would do nothing "more" - that she had given me 10% sr discount (I'm pretty sure every 92 year old qualifies for a sr discount.) I do not recommend this hotel.

Don't know what you want here Breakfast was terrible!! Pancake maker was empty, coffee pots were empty, breakfast rolls container had a very limited amount of foot, mostly bread for toast.
