3 months long stay - perfect Our new house purchase fell through but we went ahead with the sale of our home. Trying to find rental accommodation anywhere for 3 months is impossible. Almost all landlords want 1 year or at least 6 months contracts and upwards of £1200/month. The Quarters had a double room available with kitchenette and shower room, air-conditioning and heating, Sony colour TV, WiFi broadband, electricity, parking for one car and even council tax all included! for about £800/month on a 3 month contract. The room even gives you 15% discount at the plush ground floor restaurant and sports bar and 15% discount at local restaurants. The room was warm and comfortable and the building is secure and clean with its own laundry. It's just 2 minutes walk from Watford Junction Station. The manager, Katie, is hyper efficient, helpful, warm and friendly. The room was a godsend. I thoroughly recommend it for long stay accommodation.

Double Charged This hotel was booked for me when the hotel I was supposed to be staying at had to close for the day. The hotel was being refurbished and the room quality was poor. However the main issue arose some weeks later when I discovered they had debited my credit card twice. They had swiped the card on arrival and then completed a payment on departure for which they gave me an invoice. I subsequently found that they had debited my card on both days charging me twice. Despite calling the hotel and speaking to the appropriate person who asked me to email the details to her and sending numerous emails over a period of three months I never received the refund due. At first I got responses to my emails but the responses soon stopped. I am £97 out of pocket! I see from other reviews that I am not the only person this has happened to. Be very careful if you stay at this hotel

Okay but could be better I stayed in this hotel in June while visiting the Harry Potter Studio. When I booked the hotel it was still a Park Inn Hotel, and no one thought to notify me that the hotel had changed names and management. Check in was a bit dodgy, I booked a double room and was given a twin which I had to fight to have changed and we had booked breakfast which they denied all knowledge of too. It was an unfortunate time to stay as the hotel was in the middle of a refurbishment so it was messy, the lifts weren't working and there was a lot of noise. The rooms are a good size and fairly modern and clean so can't complain there. The TV didn't work and no one was in a hurry to fix it. Overall for the money paid I was disappointed however given the extensive work that was being done on the place I can only imagine it will be a lovely hotel when its complete.
