Horrible experience, disgusting hotel! Don’t stay here! This hotel is disgusting, very unclean and the night manager has the worst attitude. We were treated poorly and after complaining about the smell in the room, lied to about someone coming up to spray. The walls and carpet are filthy, and the furniture looks like it’s never been cleaned!

Disappointed with the process We booked the room the ballroom back in November 2023we were quoted one price for a down payment a month later we got a call and we were quoted that we needed more money to put down. We asked about booking a room we were quoted $109 to block off 10 rooms, three months later 3 to 4 months later the price went up to $119. We had five different event coordinators from the hotel that we were working with tohelp out with the event that we were doing event coordinators, where is quitting they were not honoring the contract that we had from the event coordinator before The night of our event we did not get the stage that we paid for we did not get the four mics that were paid for someone else had booked the room ahead of us and we had to wait until 4 o’clock to get in to set up for our event our event started at 5:30. It was just a problem , the fruit that was supposed to be on the menu was not on the menu. The Soundsystem and the mics were set up while we were in the room for our event. It was it was not good.

Don’t stay here This hotel was horrible to say the least. We checked in late at night and expected just a clean decent stay at an average hotel. Well it was the complete opposite. Average hotels like this should prioritize cleanliness because again at the end of the day people who are booking this hotel are not staying here to have a nice vacation. They are doing it for work… etc. our room was not clean at all there was black hair in the drain, the light was out in the bathroom and there was hair in the beds. I’m not sure if house keeping even exists at this hotel because from the other reviews about this hotel cleanliness seems to be a huge problem. When we called to get a new room they said they couldn’t accommodate us. The front desk lady had to clean it, not even housekeeping. That says something.

Will not return because these small things make the stay. Not everyone drinks coffee. Keurig no fridge Lobby beautiful. Elevator quick. Rooms were not ready & we were told it would be 1 1/2 hours til they were done, short staffed. Finally got to room and the disappointment started. NO refrigerator, NO microwave. Nice big tv but no Netflix. Trip booked by my employer…. Gonna be a long week. Now to figure out food because what I brought will have to be thrown away. Oh and because we had to wait, they gave us a piece of chocolate. What?? Won’t be back

Dirty sheets creeped me out So disappointed! A 3.5 star hotel with stains on the sheets, partially used shampoo and conditioner, worn out curtains. It was late and we were already dressed for bed when we found the sheets. We slept non the top sheet and when I told the front desk at check out she said they would have given me new sheets. I guess I could have done that and changed the sheets myself but I paid almost $150 for the night so should I have to change my own sheets? Front desk people were nice.
