Amazing hosts What an amazing experience. Tricia, the manager, was great! She was wonderful with our son and made everyone I saw comfortable. Tricia was accommodating and made everyone feel welcome. Tricia sets the hurdle for what customer service should look like.

Wish all our hotel experiences matched this one. Comfy and squeeky clean. Completely renovated in 2019 but looks like it was renovated yesterday. Our King room was a little bigger than the run of the mill american hotel room with a nice sofa and cafe size dining table. Owners really paid a lot of attention to getting the design right when they renovated, making the stay more comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was more than coffee and a bun with hot eggs, bacon, sausages, pancakes and potatoes as well. Pool and hot tub were appreciated. Great stay all in all.

Great Hotel We stay at this hotel every visit back to my hometown. It has been consistently a great stay. Breakfast is great, room is quiet, comfortable beds, clean and nice people. It is right near shopping and food. Wegmans is near too! We stayed 2 nights but it's a great home base for us. If we were in the area longer we would have stayed all week.

very good Overall good job and with a free breakfast a good value. Staff friendly and right off state road 104. Nice park and bike path right out the back door. Close to Webster park and Lake Ontario. Plenty of restaurants down the street.

Excellent Everything Excellent 4-night stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The beds/pillows were comfortable. Everything in the room worked and was well-kept. The service was excellent. They have breakfast in the mornings as well as an indoor pool and exercise room (6 machines and a full weight rack). The price per night is very affordable and fair. Would definitely recommend staying here is you are looking to stay on the east side of Rochester. There are a few restaurants nearby, but you will most likely need transportation.
