Everything was great at this hotel. They were extremely accommodating we were able to check in at 1:00Pm, visited since we had tickets to IThink Ampitheater nearby and it was the closest. Room was comfortable and breakfast included which had eggs and sausage and waffles. We will be back we have another concert in September!

Great and well kept hotel with breakfast, snacks, pool, fitness room, and spacious parking lot. Family friendly hotel Stay here when I’m in town. It’s well kept, clean, great breakfast included (at time of visit), fitness room, pool, nice outside patio/seating, room service, spacious parking lot, there is a horse race that takes place pretty close so I’ve met wonderful families visiting, etc.

Diamond Traveler Review As a Lifetime Diamond, I often times will investigate any hotel property that I stay at as we all know even "full service" hotels can be worn out and not up to standards. Although this Hampton Inn & Suites is not new, everything about it exceeded my expectations. Room spotless, staff incredible and all the finer points - well done!

Great For a Hampton Inn, this is a great hotel; I didn't have high expectations but I ended up having a great stay. There's plenty of free parking, it's quiet, the internet connection worked well, and the staff was surprisingly lovely and friendly. The free breakfast in the morning was great - I loved having the option to have waffles. The interior of the hotel was beautiful and modern; my room was spacious and modern as well. I loved the lotion available in the bathroom, that was a nice touch. The pool area looked high-end and really pretty. I was impressed and would highly recommend this location.

NOPE TO THIS PLACE... BEWARE OF SNARKY MANAGEMENT AND PET RESTRICTIONS We travel A LOT. Between horse shows, a spouse on travel healthcare contracts, and having 2 homes on different sides of the country and snowbirding here (now moved perm).. we stay in hotels for probably 25% of the year. Therefore, we're also Diamond status at Hilton and Platinum at IHG. Let me stress that I have NEVER had an issue with any other Hilton property and checking in with our dog. I barely walked in the door (after the workers painting the exterior practically ran him over with their lift) and the manager is already questioning if he's a service animal bc they don't allow dogs over 35lbs. I'm sorry? WHAT? So basically, between him and snarky front desk person, they both refused to honor our reservation and we had to cancel. Instead of offering another Hilton property, they offered to call the Fairfield. Pretty ridiculous to not offer an alternative Hilton property and quite frankly, I'm capable of booking my own reservation without Snarky Manager guy setting the scene for me. It's obnoxious to have a weight limit and quite frankly, at 35lbs.. you might as well just label yourself "cat friendly" rather than "pet friendly". I've already had a very frank and honest conversation with Corporate Communicaitons and Customer Experience at Hilton Corporate about this experience and do not recommend them to anyone. Given their attitude and customer experience with their highest level of loyalty points, I would hate to see how they handled other issues that would arise. BE WARNED AND STAY AWAY.
