waist of money We stayed in room 324 The bed was Terrible, probably the hardest brick I have ever slept on, A/C unit turned off and on all night we couldn't put on constant fan mode, the coffee maker is in the bathroom idk about but I don't want to make coffee where I go to the bathroom , Also they put a 250 incidental hold on your card if you have a local address ( with in 50 miles).

Excellent property in Wenatchee! Just an outstanding property. We were very favorably impressed. The staff was excellent. We enjoyed talking with Donna at breakfast. She is very knowledgeable about the area and made good recommendations of what we could do in the area. The rooms are larger than other comparable motels in the area. Having a partition between the bed and the sofa made the room more like a suite. In the evening, the Manager's Reception, was nice there were two options for a soup plus tortilla chips and salsa. The drinks that were available for free were non-alcoholic. There is beer and wine available for purchase. We definitely plan to come again. This is a very economical option when compared with prices in Leavenworth!

You’ll be glad you stayed here!_ WOW! Friendly, Super clean, well maintained hotel. Top notch, very comfortable, great variety of tv channels. Evening.. complimentary snacks in lobby lounge. Good complimentary breakfast with fresh custom cooked to order scrambled eggs. Best Hotel we’ve stayed at in a while, We have paid much more for way less at other chains. Go Somewhere Else! We went to this hotel due to the spa being indoors. My wife is disabled and was looking forward to the spa. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the spa was down and were waiting on parts. When you include amenities that do not work, you're being disingenuous and dishonest with what your hotel provides. Room 220 bed was hard as a rock with the top part cut off from the bed. The bed is so worn out and hard that Comfort Suites is a contradiction at this point. I will never stay at a Comfort Suite or any choice hotel from here on out. It's not worth the $145* a night.

Awful mattress Awful bed. Mattress had huge holes on both sides of Mattress and no support. Holes in the mattress where about a good 3 to 4 inches deep. Called down to front desk at 1am and again at 3am and no answer. Asked for a manager at 9am and no one was available to speak with. Will not be back.
