Fantastic Staff I arrived late on Tuesday around 10 pm. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed but the staff suggested waiting for the night staff who could arrange pizza after 1030. I decided to order food via uber eats. Whilst waiting for the food in my room I discovered that I was in an adjoining room to a guy with a horrendous cough. Knowing that I would struggle to sleep as the cough was constant I made my way back to the desk. Gerry was on duty and she sorted out a smaller room for me in a different floor that did not have an adjoining door. I slept so well with nothing to disturb me. Well done to the staff at this hotel they are amazing

Birthday night out Oh the bed was so soft and comfortable I fell asleep right away. Bathroom nice and toiletries was spot on. Nice to know you can shower and lotion after. Nice I will be going back soon. Most of all tho the staffs was knowledgeable and understanding the assignment but big big shout out to Mairita who get my room decorated. Love it.

Spa Night Break We booked through a spa website for me and my daughter On arrival we asked to use the spa as we knew our room wouldn't be ready and that was fine Very quiet in there, we got our towels but no robes these are apparently in the room which was disappointing Pool, sauna and steam room were lovely, water fountain available On check in our room was spacious and clean with tea and coffee Beds comfy Food in the restaurant was delicious, I'd recommend the Brummie burger, staff attentive Breakfast was good lots of choice

Tog Dog service The staff were so helpful as I attended a work conference with my dog. She was treated exceptionally well, even having her own bowl of chicken for dinner. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The shower and bathroom were immaculate. For a dog friendly hotel, the rooms and hotel were spotless. I’d definitely recommend you to family & friends.

Wedding day We had an amazing wedding at the Mercure Birmingham West Hotel, and everything went perfectly thanks to the wonderful team! Tracey was so helpful over email, guiding us through the planning process and making sure every detail was covered. On the big day, Svetlana was incredible, ensuring everything was set up just as we wanted and that everything ran smoothly. The venue was beautiful, and the staff made our day stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend for anyone planning their special day!
