Disappointing stay I’ve stayed at this hotel before and this trip was subpar. The Peloton bike in the fitness center needed the corporate code to function. Front desk gave me “Well they don’t tell me anything” excuse. Ok—poor staff training. Got it. There’s literally 4 Hilton hotels in a row along the same service road—you’re telling me they can’t all do a joint training session for something common across all these hotels? This is the main reason I chose a Hilton brand hotel. Hilton promotes that all their hotels have a Peloton but on 4-5 occasions it didn’t work and the hotel staff had no clue how to make it work. Hotel definitely seemed understaffed this trip. I guess I’ll stay across the street at Fairfield Inn next time.

Slipping Unfortunately the hotel is not what it used to be. We’ve stayed here many times over the years and this last visit was disappointing. Requested quiet room, given a room facing the highway. Requested a room change which was quickly accommodated. Toilet handle broken. Called front desk twice with no answer. On my way out the next morning requested a fix or room change. When I returned the handle was fixed. Faucet would not turn off completely and kept a slow drip. Called the front desk but nobody answered (again). Breakfast was subpar with minimum options. Such a shame. This use to be our go-to hotel when visiting.

Basketball Tournament Overall a good experience however a few hiccups. 1. Light out in walk way, had to have someone come fix it 2. TV would not work, had to have someone come fix it 3. Requested an extra blanket for the pull out bed, front desk stated isn't there one in your room. They did give us one. 4. Requested towels, front desk hesitate to oblige but did 5. Only one waffle maker, always a wait 6. Requested paper receipt at check out, front desk could not get the printer to work (personal preference to have paper) No dresser of sorts, that was a shock. Also lighting was low, could use more lighting. But overall a good stay. Love that the hotel is pet friendly and the pet fee was not to high, that is appreciated.

Convenient hotel Stayed here to visit IKEA. Very convenient to there and a lot of restaurants around. Only issue is some plugs didn’t work. But would stay here again. Room was comfortable and clean. Hotel was clean and everyone nice

Room should have been cleaner I give my one-night stay a 2/5. I was there last week (Aug 2023) for the Cincinnati Open and I wish my stay would have been better. I did my usual bed bug check and found several condom wrappers under the mattress. Then, when I went to take a shower, the drain cap would not stay up so every few minutes I had to bend down and lift it up to let the water drain. The carpet was also pretty dirty as well. Just overall a bit grossed out. The hotel is in a nice location with many chains and grocery stores around. Not the worst hotel I've stayed, but I do wish it would have been better.
