We had a great 10 day stay. The benefit of having a Very Good Breakfast included with your stay is a big plus. Our bed was comfortable and found this establishment to be a Great Value. Clean, Quiet, and a Friendly Staff. Our stay was a 10 day stay and we enjoyed everyday of our visit.

Best experience! A beautiful hotel with a very warm and welcoming vibe. The staff, especially the gal at the front desk were not only amazingly helpful, but kind, sociable, and welcoming. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer. I didn't want to leave! I'd recommend to anyone and will come back the next time I'm in town.

Room This hotel have bed bugs I was promised a refund that I have not yet received. Manager never called me like I was told she would.

Bad Service from the General Manager on the property The General Manage Tai, came to our room after we check in the day before without any issues, she had a unprofessional loud tone, alongside an unknown man,demanding paper work for my stay! Her behavior was harassing and left me feeling distressed and unwelcome.Which reflects poorly on Best Western's commitment to accommodating guests with disabilities. sadly our room was infested with ants, that created a hive.
