Broken elevators No parking, terrible This was the worst BW I have ever stayed at. I am a rewards member and usually like BW properties, but this was awful. It is an older property so rooms/bathrooms are small, but that was fine. The elevators were broken, one didn’t work at all, the other would randomly stop in between floors and you would have to pray it would start moving again. After getting stuck 3 times we just took the stairs (room was on the 6th floor). Most of the guests were scared of the elevator and took the stairs. According to the front desk the elevators worked fine!!!! There was not enough parking so guests were illegally parking by creating their own spots. I parked at the 7 eleven and spent the night worrying about my car. Again the front desk said, that’s fine to park there and didn’t care to address the problem. After this I don’t think I will ever return to a BW again. This is the first time I have ever written a bad review for anything, that is how bad it was.

RUDE AWAKENING! The elevators are faulty. The highway is right there so if you are on that side of the hotel, you really hear the traffic noise. We were awoken at 6:45 am by someone entering our hotel room! Thankfully we had the door latch on and he could not enter! But the point is, he had or was given a key to ENTER our room! We were not offered a reasonable explanation as to how this could happen.

Unpleasant We picked this motel to stay at for two nights because of its proximity to the Metro North train station. Near a big 7-11 store and a Texas Roadhouse. First impressions were positive. Check-in, huge bed, plenty of seating area in the room, nice wifi. Negatives - elevator problems were aggravating. Two elevators but only one somewhat works. Ice maker did not work on our floor. After a long day in NYC our key cards would not work on our room door so we had to fight the elevator to get the office to rekey our door keys. Shower could not maintain a constant temperature. To top it all, a biker crew takes over the front parking area for a late night, early morning party.

Worst experience, Do not use this location. Basic requirements cannot be satisfied by this hotel. Flush tank didn’t had water, I tried turning knob on and off but nothing worked and there was no response from front desk after informing them. Called front desk in the morning to report the issue and ask for help, no one showed up, then told them the issue during check out the lady just gave smile and said sorry . Nothing serious.

A very nice place to stay. The facility was very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The common areas were impressive and clean. Our room was excellent Very clean. The only downside was that the breakfast food was cold. My wife and I would definitely stay here again.
