Best Hotel on the Strip! Live like a Rockstar. Just stayed for the second time this year at Hotel Ziggy and the experience only gets better and better each visit. From the staff at the Front Desk to Gaby in the restaurant every morning greeting you with her amazing hospitality, and the bartenders at night, who always know the perfect drink you're looking for. Ziggy is my home away from home and I cannot wait to be back again soon!!! You guys rock!! Thanks for making me feel like a rockstar!

Rude Staff and Dirty Hotel - Stay Elsewhere Upon check in, we were ignored by the woman and the front desk and she had her back to us for 3 minutes before she even bothered to greet us. We were staying for one night had a 9pm flight the day of our departure. Check out is at 12pm, so we politely asked at the time of our check in if we could request a late check-out. The woman at the front desk advised us to call up reception the day of our check out and request it then. I called reception at 10am the next day to enquire about a late check-out. I was told that they were “busy” and that he would check with the manager and told me to call back in 30 minutes. I call again at 10:30am and was told again that they were busy and asked to call back again in 10 minutes. I call again, this time speaking with the manager who advised me that if we wanted to stay an extra 3 hours and check out at 3pm, it would cost $150 USD or we could “reserve another room” for the full nightly rate. Absolutely ridiculous. I should not have to ask three different staff members four times to enquire about a late check out. Not only this, but only on the last attempt was I advised that this would come at a cost. I advised the manager that my main concern was due to my companion being sick and that I wanted to avoid using the common areas of the hotel to prevent the spread of her illness to other guests. The manager has a complete and utter disregard for the safety of his guests and advised us to sit by the pool or in the lobby. The hotel offered to store our bags for us until our flights which was a positive. We gave them to the staff at the reception and when I went to retrieve the bags at the same reception, we were left with the rudest employee I have ever met. He stated “ I don’t know where your bags are”. He was completely dismissive and irritated that I interrupted him texting on his phone and made him actually have to do his job. Don’t worry, he returned to texting immediately after shooing us away. The only positive I have for this hotel and their staff were the lovely people working in the valet. They were kind and professional which is a complete contrast to the rest of the service we received here. The customer service is my main issue with this hotel, but that’s not its only issue. The rooms themselves feel dark and dated, it feels like you’re in a dungeon. For this reason, we chose to have our shutters opened only to find a man looking through our window as he was parking his car. There were holes in the sheets and mould in the shower. The bathrooms are tiny and felt dirty. The walls are paper thin and you can hear absolutely everything. Housekeeping is not automatic and must be requested 24 hours in advance at a minimum if you want fresh towels/linens. Perhaps if this was included the hotel would feel cleaner. The resort fee is exorbitant for what you get, there was no “live music” even playing so I don’t understand why we must pay such a fee. We checked in late as well, so for a one night stay couldn’t even utilise all that was on “offer”. I’d recommend staying elsewhere.

WOW! I had no idea! This is my favorite hotel I have ever stayed in!! The staff was incredible, the rooms were incredible, the vibes, the drinks, the pool, and the LIVE music!!! The pool is HUGE and the temp is perf!!I genuinely did not want to leave. Exceptional location!!

I’d come back tomorrow Hotel Ziggy is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Great staff, great varied entertainment and a great bar. If I didn’t live 5500 miles away I’d be back every night. An electic mix of bands, fashion show after parties and even a film premiere by the pool during our stay. Arrived at 3.57pm on a Sunday after a very long trip and the free margarita was very welcome! Hopefully one day we’ll meet again.
