My family had a great time! First let me say the staff was wonderful! The pool is beautiful! My family and I come often and have never had an issue with anything. Though the building is older they are making changes every time we come something else has changed! I would recommend based purely on the environment

By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Upon checking in, I was surprised that all of the entrances that are supposed to be only accessed by a card if you’re staying, were ALL broken. We got into the room And there was mold all over the walls, The bathtub was so disgusting. I literally did not want to even stand up and take a shower in it. There were stains on all of the towels and they only have housekeeping every 3 days! I let it go bc all my kids wanted to do was swim, so we get to the pool and not only is it literally ICE COLD but they also have the AC on!!!! We had paid for 2 nights, But only stayed one and checked out as soon as my babies went back to their dads home bc it was DISGUSTING. I can’t believe it’s even considered a hotel at this point.

Worst hotel by Radisson ever stayed in Dirty, run down, cobwebs, dirty towels, housekeeping only 2 days a week, missing security pad, broken hair dryer, missing lamp over bed, smell of mold in the room, old rusted out bathtub and I could go on. I wouldn't board a dog in this establishment. I've seen kennels that were better. The young woman at the front desk was very friendly, however that was the only positive during this stay. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Silly me, tried to make the best out of it. Due to an unexpected issue in our home I decided it was best for our family to not stay in our home until it was repaired. The first two nights were fine. After morning #2 things got a bit confusing. When I called about the rooms I made it clear I would be using cash. The employee said that was no problem, I'd pay the $30 incidental which would then be refunded the next morning. After the second night I had an early meeting and decided to come back in the evening to retrieve the $30. There was a gentleman working who pulled up my name and said "it says here you didn't pay the incidental, just the room" I explained in detail down to the change I received back. after texting and looking at their computer he silently counts out $30. I asked if there was a problem to which he didn't answer so I then asked if he was able to find the deposit to which he replied no there's no deposit as if I was trying to get over on the business. Being local, this location is one of the better options for their price. Unfortunately my family still had (and may still have) a few more days to go. When looking on TripAdvisor the same night of the deposit issue there were 6 rooms available. When I went in from checking the phone in the car to the front desk there were no rooms available. I'm sure there can be a delay in the systems, totally understandable. A bit disappointing but for a higher fee there was of course another hotel to stay at. The next day I go back and now there is another young lady, very kind, at the front desk. She has the rooms available, we start discussing specifics as I bring my wallet out. She looks and says "i'm sorry we only take cards" I tell her that we have stayed twice in the last week and that I paid cash with no problem both nights. I tell her the employee, the room #'s, my name, etc she says again we just take cards and that the only way they'd accept cash would be if the GM happened to be there and he would okay it but that he hasn't been there and that she apologizes. It was all very disappointing. Not just passing through, being local, having a need and the resources to facilitate the solution and not being able to where it would have been most comfortable for my family was/is our little icing on the cake.
