Great hotel! Great hotel! It's small, but off the beaten path of all the highways near Bethel Park. Very clean. Beds are super comfy as are the pillows. breakfast is included but was just ok. We opted on our 2nd day for Eat and Park restaurant. Would most definitely stay there again.

Highly Recommend I spent 4 nights at this hotel and found it to be wonderful! The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast very tasty! The room was clean and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is close to shops and restaurants. I recommend this hotel!

Venue old and hot We traveled there in mid July and it was in the 80’s. Our room had AC but the hotel itself did not. It was muggy and hot. Our bathtub was not draining well which we reported and nothing fixed. The breakfast staff was friendly. The front desk staff was standoffish and rude.

Horrible experience! We are part of a softball team that has traveled the entire NE. We have stayed in numerous hotels and have never had an experience like this. Upon entering we had to sign a “code of conduct” which I have no problem doing as we are always respectful. Our first night here we took cornhole and our group outside so we weren’t disturbing anyone and we were told that we have to be in our rooms and to bed at 10. We respectfully didn’t oblige so they called the cops on us. We were absolutely flabbergasted!!! My son had his foot on a stool in the lobby and they yelled at him. This is more like a prison not a hotel. We will never be staying here again and probably not any Holiday Inn again. We have never had an experience like this and we travel almost every weekend! Unbelievable.

Horrible experience We are a softball team who play all over the northeast. We stay at many many hotels including holiday inn's and I can tell you that we will never be back here! if ever in a holiday inn at all. The hotel is as bland as they come, but I could even live with that. We had a small group of us staying in July 23' and they actually called the cops on us because we were gathered in the parking lot as a group. This is our vacation and they called the cops for breaking their ridiculous rules. Not one person had complained about us. If you have children you do NOT want to stay here. Buyer beware! There has to be better options available. I hope we can get out of this prison and over to another hotel for the rest of our stay in Pittsburgh. Also very overpriced!
