The Grand ain’t so “grand” We stayed in room 210 and endured a musty smell, no Wi Fi that reached our room, a dead phone line, lukewarm water out of one of the shower heads, only one coffee pod, extremely loud noises that woke us up repeatedly from the room next door (possibly from the jacuzzi), and such a dreary breakfast of scrambled eggs and bacon that I couldn’t eat the bacon (and that’s a first). In all fairness, the suite was huge, including the bathroom. But who needs a big room if there are all of these other problems? The towels were plentiful and the toilet paper was high quality, so it wasn’t all bad! My husband handed reception this list when we checked out in hope that they could fix these problems for guests who came after us.

WOW!!!! From the moment we arrived, Donna, the receptionist, went above and beyond to accommodate our large group. The rooms were spacious, immaculate, and incredibly comfortable - perfect for unwinding after long days of family fun. They truly made us feel like VIPs. If you're planning a family event or just need a great place to stay, look no further than the Wilshire Grand Hotel. They turned a good family reunion into an unforgettable one! 5 stars isn't enough - I would give them 10 if I could!

Don't let the Old Style look fool you Don't let the Old style look fool you. The rooms were clean and very roomy. The receptionists were friendly. Michael was very helpful in finding a store when we realized two of our party members left their shoes home. We went here for a wedding. The banquet hall is beautiful. Food was excellent. Serving staff was attentive. What didn't I like? I could only think of one thing. The breakfast was not the greatest. But it wasn't so terrible that it would affect my review. There is a DD near by.

Everything you'd want from a hotel stay, and then some. Front reception and all staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Accommodations spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Good breakfast choices. Coffee/tea set up always available. Lovely outside sitting area. Highly recommend.

Comfy stay Comfy stay for a nearby wedding, clean, no issues. This box is requiring 200 characters but honestly I don’t have anything else to say. The stay was fine and I would stay there again if I needed to for a wedding or just visiting the area. That’s all.
