Horrible Hilton After waiting a week for this Hilton Hotel to explain why I was charged again, yes double I’ve decided to make people aware. It wasn’t their fault that I didn’t get to the property until 2.45am the day of check out. I was keeping them totally updated about the crowd strike plane problem that badly affected my movements. None of these messages were responded to. I did mention this at check in. So for getting 8 hours total at the property, instead of 2 nights, and none of the 2 breakfasts were used. I was still charged deposit on top of 2 nights charged. They said they would help by way of refund, instead when i didn’t get a refund, I got charged another $473 aud 2 days later. When I called they were not helpful at all and said ring my bank. My bank has told me the charges came from the hotel, and I now have to wait while it’s disputed. Bottom line is they lack customer service, understanding and management has no empathy at all. I have also messaged Hilton directly, and same. I will keep staying with Marriott, as I’ve travelled extensively over the last 7 weeks in the USA, this has been a bad experience, so don’t stay at Embassy Suites Palm Beach, there is much better options

Fifty undermaintained overprice not to Hilton standard. Stay away I have been very frustrated trying to find a solution since I arrive to the very poor and dirty Ambassity Suits. This Hotel is way far from the standard of the Hilton.  I'm attaching some of the pictures of the stains unfortunally I cant send you the smell of the room your way. I called many time and was unable to get a resolution which is very unfortunally. Manager of the Hotel said this is a Franchised privatelly owned so they can't relay to what the Hilton customer sold to me, specially because this room is not available

Disappointing TV experience The hotel was nice but I will not be back to this location. The reason is, in the world we live in now where we all like to stream our shows or play our Xbox while away from home, I do not understand why you would have tv’s where you can not change the input to allow this. I even went to the front desk to ask for an actual remote for the tv and not a generic remote they is worthless and I was told they did not have one. This was very disappointing and for this reason I will find another hotel the next time I am in West Palm Beach.

Good hotel overall Stayed at this Embassy over the weekend with my family, as Hhonor members we always stay at Hilton hotels and pick Embassy Suites where available. Overall it was a good stay. The facility is within 10 min from both PBI and the downtown area both served by a very convenient hotel shuttle. The beach is also 15 min away by cab. Not much to do around the hotel otherwise. The property could use little makeovers but Overall is a good 3 stars hotel. The staff was cordial, especially Shameka at the front desk, she was amazing and a true reflection of great customer service, you can tell when someone loves what she does. Like all Embassy the suite was spacious and the balcony a great add on, thank you for the upgrade! Breakfast was good too, not a big variety in the breads area like I have seen elsewhere but still a big selection of options overall. The cook to order omelett was perfect! Unlike some other open bar evening reception we had at other locations, here you get 2 free alcoholic drinks per person, still enough for us, along with little snacks. We used the pool and the hot tub as well, the kids had a blast. It is a really big facility with lots of meeting areas as well. Overall I would have probaly preferred a hotel closer to the beach or in the city center due to the nature of our stay but since the shuttle was convenient and we love Embassy we had a good weekend, if back in the area will go back. Thank you.

Quiet and comfortable, lacking technology amenities Hotel is clean and quiet, easy location to get to places around South Florida. Disappointed with the room for two reasons: lack of outlets for plugging in devices, and lack of allowing for computer/device connection to TVs. As a family, we were going to watch a movie in the evening and were not able to connect to the TV using HDMI. Asked the night desk attendent about it and his answer was no, sorry. He was actually much ruder and did not seem to like people at all (even snippy with the people in front of us). The beds were comfortable, and the hotel staff other than the night attendant on May 29, 2024 were all very friendly and helpful. My suggestions for improvements would be update rooms with more outlets, add TVs that can be streamed to or allow better entertainment options than basic (and non-HD) channels.
