Best of the Best! I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. I’ve never been in a hotel where I actually have seen them steam clean the carpets and thoroughly disinfect and clean everything. No insects. Very white sheets and pillowcases. They even supply Dove soap, shampoo and conditioner for your use. Buffet bkft ok and servers were great. Eventhough buffet they serve you food. Housekeeping great job tidying up daily.

outstanding Customer service I had the best experience with this hotel and the customer service is excellent, I would like to compliment Zaina I believe she is in the sales department for her outstanding customer service and her patience. Hawthorn is lucky to have her she is amazing. She is knowledgeable, courteous and patient. We need more people like her.

Awesome The Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Hotel staff: Gina, Stan, Edmund, Kia and Shamika are remarkable! They make our stay wonderful. We travel several times a year from NC for Paley Institute visits for my granddaughter. The Hotel has a great breakfast and nice bar/ lounge area. Everything is always clean and well maintained. The restaurant servers and housekeeping staff are very friendly and helpful. They offer handicap accessible rooms. We always look forward to our trip back. Lori
