Best Hotel In West Palm! Absolutely beautiful hotel, Property is the best one to check out in West Palm Beach. Hotel is everything you need - beautiful gym that makes you want to work out, sexy bar and very spacious and comfortable rooms. Andrew at the front desk is a rockstar.

My New Go-To Hotel in West Palm! This hotel has been completely transformed! It’s turned into a great place to stay. They had a total renovation and rebranded as a Delta by Marriott. The lobby was opened up and is flooded with natural light from the windows looking out on the beautifully landscaped pool. I loved the Divebar, which is their new restaurant and bar! I think I had every cocktail on the menu and couldn’t tell which one was the best because they were all great! The food was awesome! The hotel staff were super friendly and professional. My room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet, the pillows were perfect and the AC was cold, so I had three night’s of the best sleep I’ve gotten in years. The fitness center is brand-new and had a cool vibe. Without question this is my new go-to hotel. I’d definitely recommend it if you are coming in to the West Palm Beach area.

Average stay, issue with double charge It wasn't a bad experience when I arrived, as I arrived very early in the morning after a flight to sleep (huge plus that checking in was a breeze). The room was fine (bathroom wasn't the cleanest, but serviceable--didn't love the water pressure), and check-out was easy after the fact. However, that's when my troubles started: I was double charged for the room. I've talked to about 4-5 different people who for some reason can't confirm I was charged twice. (I've since confirmed it with my credit card company and have disputed the second charge.) When I asked to speak to a manager today (7/26), I was routed to housekeeping. Not happy with the unprofessionalism and push to get me off the phone.

overpriced VERY overpriced for what you get. Obviously it is very close to PBI. Old, rundown. Toilet didn't flush upon my arrival. No hot water at night for a shower. Interior is dated .Room was clean however. Shuttle to airport runs 7 to 7 but my flight was 6 AM so I had to get an Uber.

It was fine but we will not be staying again. The bed was pretty comfortable the couch was very nice, HOWEVER the floor was not vacuumed completely (there was still dirt in the corners), the toilet made an awful noise when flushing, while we were in the lobby and lady told the workers that her bed was missing a leg and no one seemed to care to fix it, and another lady told staff that when she arrived at the hotel late at night and her hotel room was not ready.
