La Quinta Inn by Wyndham West Palm Beach - Florida Turnpike

DON'T BOOK WITH LAQUINTA It all started after my sister booked a room with my dad's credit card with his approval being that she has control over his finances because of his age (96 and disabled) .I received a message for early check in-- Proceeded and received the message that my name and the card had to be the same. I couldn't understand why ?. Can't someone book a room for someone else. I called and they made me drag him from his apartment using a walker and almost fell. I went back after and asked again and they said they would need at least 48 hours---Information that would hsve helpful prior. The next day my room was cleaned and the door was left open with my $1000 dollar laptop on the bed--- Another manager called to apologize and credited $50 to the bill. The following day I needed to do laundry and checked and they did indeed advertise that they had laundry services. Great--Called and they said it was broken--I thought only 1 seemed odd for the entire hotel. Ok--The next morning I asked where it was and they directed me-Great-got fixed. Went and couldn't find any detergent in either vending machine-just drinks and snacks--Ok ,must be at the front desk. When asked they said no. That's odd I thought-Why would they advertise Laundry Services and not have detergent available. What's going on here ? I will never come back here again Thumbs down for Laquinta

Awesome staff!! Convenient location Staff was amazing!! Nice breakfast spread. Room was ok. I mean the room was nice but the tub and shower were not very clean (hair in tub and mold on shower walls) and the mirrors and floors were not very clean. Otherwise I would go back because the staff was so friendly and nice. It was a convenient location to the concert we went to. It was great to have mini fridge and microwave as well!

One night It was excellent and they let me check in early which was very much appreciated. My dog had to spend the night at BDRR and I decided to stay here.

great outside but needs work overall great hotel but needs work there was no hot water and my shower head was broken but the outside was gorgeous and security was good I saw them do rounds.

One of the best La Quinta properties Excellent professional staff, they are they to help you and don't push you away. Room and grounds were clean. Great location.
