10/10 We stayed here with the family after long drive. The hotel is right behind the highway. The beds are so comfortable and we had complementary hot breakfast in the morning, it is delicious. Staff are so friendly and helpful and above and beyond.

Disgusting, filthy hotel The hotel was filthy. The room smelled like wet dog and weed. The night shift front desk employees were not helpful at all. The ice machines were all broken. The trash cans were overflowing. Needless to say, we changed our booking and will not stay here again!!

An affordable, good stay Our stay was fine. It was off the main road and provided everything we needed - a clean room, a shower, and a good breakfast in the morning. It was quiet at night. We had kind service when we checked in, and we were able to get more shampoo and conditioner.

This place was reasonably priced and very comfortable. This hotel was perhaps my best stay while visiting New England. It had modest accommodations and amenities. Not too fancy but within acceptable standards. Free breakfast is appealing. As a family of 5, having a pull out sofa bed was very helpful and made sleeping more comfortable. They have a small swimming pool and a fitness room.

Do NOT recommend this hotel We had stayed at this hotel in 2017 and thoroughly enjoyed it. So, of course, we assumed it was a great choice for our return visit last week. Not such a good choice. The second night of our stay, my daughters, still awake, watched as police arrested two people in a room a couple doors down. Third night, we were all awakened by the fire alarm and had to vacate the building, watched as four fire trucks and an ambulance arrived only to find out it was a customer smoking in their room. I did two loads of laundry, using $8.00 to dry, and clothes still damp when I gave up three hours later. You’d think they could take one rooms nightly cost and purchase a new dryer. Morning coffee was lukewarm at best…cranberry juice was too syrupy. Being a platinum member with Choice Hotels, I was very disappointed in the negative changes in this property. I will not stay here again.
