This was not a Boutique Hotel Experience. We were very disappointed in this hotel. We were visiting family and usually stay at Holiday Inn Express. Since it has been so long since we were able to visit due to COVID, we wanted to treat ourselves to a Boutique Hotel experience. This was not it. The hotel is nice looking, but our room was dark and if we opened the curtains our view was a propane company loaded with trucks and tanks! Our room was not ready when we arrived after a 12 hour drive and the need for a shower and a nap! Little things were overlooked in the room, such as light bulbs out, no bag for the ice bucket, etc. Nothing special was done to greet us in our room like the little touches you would expect when staying in a Boutique hotel. I also missed the shampoo, soap and body lotion bottles hotels usual have. This hotel has prefilled containers in the shower that others touch, not a great idea, especially with COVID. They have no grounds or property to enjoy and the spot that was picked for this Boutique hotel is strange, dropped between commercial/industrial buildings/ It is not a horrible hotel, but not a Boutique level. Not better than a Holiday Inn and in a terrible location.

Great for families Stayed with my family in connecting rooms. Very enjoyable experience. Walls are thick, so people didn't hear my little ones in early hours of morning. The free water bottles is an awesome touch, that made things easier for us. We used the pool, which is small but perfect for little ones. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Thanks for a great time.

birthday gift-tb The hotel is BEAUTIFUL, checkin was quick Kasey was very HELPFUL at the front desk and so was the rest of the staff. My Fiancé gifted me a Staycation for my birthday. We stayed at the penthouse the room was lovely , the room had 100 % cotton robes and slippers waiting for us. the room was very clean and spacious , with a beautiful shower and jacuzzi enhanced with essential oil infused bath products. Room service was great and room service came quickly. The dinner was AWSOME . The next day we had a couples Swedish Massage. We enjoyed it . We liked it so much we booked again for memorial weekend .

Husbands 50th birthday Had a fabulous experience at Viana Hotel & Spa!! Alicia was extremely helpful in organizing my husbands 50th birthday dinner at the Marco Polo restaurant. And Kasey was superb and attentive at putting it together. Service and food was impeccable. We stayed 2 nights & did the package with champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, couples massage & breakfast. Extremely relaxing weekend. Exactly what we were looking for.

VaaaaaViana!! We booked a room at Viana Hotel & Spa last minute. We were tired and  a bit grouchy from a grueling day of dealing with car issues. Ashley and Jared made the checkin process quick and painless. Jared was gracious enough to upgrade us to a beautiful penthouse suite. The hotel lobby is lavishly decorated and inviting. If you are Covid conscious, havd no fear, they are equipped with the state of the art medical equipment to check each guests temperature. The penthouse was absoutely stunning and spacious. We slept comfortably and awoke to great continental breskfast. We will definitely book a longer stay in the near future, so we may enjoy all the amenities that Viana Hotel & Spa has to offer. The entire staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. They made a terrible day have a awesome ending!
