The bald old man (who recognized me from the day before) refused to help me without seeing my ID (knowing I wasn’t the guy who booked and knowing I had stayed the night. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Horrible staff knocking at my door and manager asking me to vacate. I did not wish to publish a negative review but the disrespect coupled with the lack of apology from Hotel 39 (Jason Bhakta Manager) on 15559 Beach Blvd in Westminster still leaves a nasty memory. I checked in at the hotel in June 2023 around 5:45 PM and went to the room, ignoring the sticky floor in the elevator and 1/2 empty vending machines, hey, it's a place to crash for a night but what really pissed me off was the fact, a hotel worker came to my door, knocked abruptly, and asked if he could "check my room for a dog because guests were complaining about a dog barking". I did not bring a dog, or check in a dog, and don't own a dog so it was strange and unsettling for me. Then I receive a call from Jason Bhatka to get out of the room now, I have overstayed my visit. All of this within 5 hours of checking in. This hotel is not professionally managed and the managerial demeanor is horrible. I checked out at 6:30 AM the following morning with a poor night's sleep and anger. No follow-up e-mail, an apology, nothing was offered. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

Think twice before staying here Nothing like the photos. Dump. Charged me a $300 deposit. Then refused to let me have a late check out (1.5 hour late). I had to pay for a full night. Pretty sickened by the service. Traveling for a soccer tournament- should have paid the extra $$$ for a real hotel.

Gross Dirty stained sheets, week carpeted floor, dirty bathroom. I mean it looks like they tried to remodel but they half assed it. Next door is a bar and liquor store, not a super safe neighborhood. The pictures looked so nice but very misleading.

Hidden Gem in Orange County Modern rooms and great customer service. Hotel 39 is our new hotel of choice in Orange County. Walking distance to great food and an Uber away from attractions in Anaheim. The Guest Services team was very friendly and accommodating and exceeded our expectations!
