Temporary commute into London This hotel is located close to the motorway and with a train station not to far away makes a good base to get into London. There is a court yard to site and have a drink and unwind after work weather permitting. Selection of food is good but there are restaurants on the high street if required. Good amount of car parking available

If it is warm weather, you must demand a room on the lowest floor. I would have gone for 2.5 but am being kind. The rooms were unbelievably hot. I appreciate that it was 29c outside in the day but our room on the second floor was inhabitable. We got a reading of 36c at 1am which only dropped to 33c in the morning. That aside, a rather lazy customer service experience. No dairy free milk and poor vegan options.

Cleanliness needs improvement I found the cleanliness below standard, found several hairs on top of the bed, on the sheet and on the towels. They were so easily visible so silly that the housekeeper did not notice them. Maybe use a lint roller? As well there were huge stains on the hallway carpets throughout and the corridors were littered with glasses and dishwater.
The rooms and hallways were extremely hot, hopefully after some more refurbishments they can install some airconditioning.

Good Location but needs some attention from management. The hotel while perfectly located for us could do with some attention to their staff. The bar staff on one of our nights clearly didn't want to be there. The same glass that housekeepers removed from my room on Thursday morning was still on the floor outside my door when I checked out on Sunday. Breakfast was horrendous and not worth £14, I would highly recommend checking out the coffee shops on Bakers St. The reception staff could also use a bit of brushing up on their manner of how they speak with people.
