Ripped off by this hotel I booked two rooms atNita Lake Lodge, for a family event with a group reservation. The second room was for my brother who, had to cancel two weeks before the event. I canceled the room by phone for him ( since he is overseas) and assumed all was good. A week before my brothers plans changed, and he was able to attend, so he rebooked room at Nita Lodge. The problem is the hotel, billed my Visa for my brothers room and will not reimburse me. Even though my brother came to event and paid for his room... The argument that I need to have proof of cancelation, is ridiculous because my brother came and if he had an existing reservation he should of been told upon check in.

Perfect weekend getaway! Perfect birthday weekend! The complementary activities were so much fun, absolutely loved paddle boarding on the gorgeous lake. Such a nice location, not too far from the village, the complimentary shuttle bus made it very easy to travel between the two. Lovely, friendly staff that can’t enough for you, definitely coming back very soon!

Nice location and accommodation We stayed in a two bedroom suite which suited our family of five. The second bedroom was upstairs and had a full sized bathroom, TV and wardrobe. The suite is well equipped - handy kitchenette with kettle, fridge, plates, glasses, cutlery, toaster etc. the living area had a very comfy leather sofa which converted into a sofa bed. Good sized balcony with a table and four chairs. Beds were comfortable with lovely soft sheets and fluffy pillows. Really nice L’Occitane products. The hotel has a comfortable reception (with two dog beds and water bowls for visiting pets - of which there were lots!). Dining options included The Cure lounge which offered relaxed dining options and and the restaurant have views of the lake. Service in both was inconsistent. When we first arrived it was poor but there seemed to be an influx of staff later on. Lovely walk around the lake and easy access to Whistler. The hotel’s cafe is really good!

Fabulous hotel First visit to whistler and couldn't have picked a better place to stay - just fabulous Room was amazing staff were fantastic and it's just the most beautiful location Shuttle to and from whistler village is on demand and takes less than 10 mins at no extra charge Food and service in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast was excellent Amazing place - can't wait to come back for much longer next time

Great location just outside the heart of Whistler village Lovely large room . We stayed in a one bedroom suite with a balcony terrace. Bath was fabulous and large and great sitting area. It was clean and nicely stocked with Nespresso coffee. Only downside is bed was but hard for our liking and sheets, perhaps something in Canada but strange not having a duvet cover but only sheet covered Fantastic location just outside Whistler village. With a shuttle into it freely available at no cost and available to call for pick up from the centre Creekside gondola only 5 minutes walk and Creekside shops with supermarket also very close for extra provisions
