Laura at Whistler Village Inn and Suites is awesome When I first called, Laura answered the phone. She picked up the phone promptly and answered with a professional and friendly greeting. All throughout my conversation with her, she was always polite, respectful and I could tell she was giving her full effort to give me the best service. She even bent over backward to help me with all of my questions and issues. I feel really indebted to her and would want to talk to her every time I call! I believe this hotel really tries to do its best for its guests. This is regards to my December 2024 reservation.

Good location; helpful staff I’ve stayed here many times and I’m always happy to come back. It’s not fancy but it’s well-equipped and has everything you need. The location is great, close to the hill. But what makes this place great is the staff - they are always pleasant and helpful. Huge shoutout to Jessica at the front desk who went well above and beyond to make sure my ski weekend was great! If Jessica’s boss ever reads this - she is a gem (and I almost never take time to leave reviews - ha!) Safe bet staying here, when there are a ton of options in the Village. Great value for money, compared to other options.

Disappointed Location is good. Hotel not so much. The hotel elevator was not working and we were given a room on the 3rd floor - actually the 4th because you enter on "ground" floor. So we had 3 flights of stairs to climb with a chihuahua and a 7 year old in tow. To be fair, they helped with the luggage, however the room was ridiculous - We booked the "junior loft" and understood there was a Murphy bed on the main floor, however didn't realize when you pulled down the bed, it sits right overtop your table and takes up pretty much the entire room. On top of that, the fireplace had an "out of order" sign on it. We were able to switch to another room on the 2nd floor in their other building. This room was an upgrade and was much larger however the walls are paper thin, you can hear conversation in the hallway, noise from outside, doors slamming shut. Not worth the $$ you put out here. Would not go back.

The people make the difference.... The location is great, almost ski in ski out, parking, ski lockers, hot tub, pool, close to bc liquor & grocery store, village stroll adjacent, rooms are clean & functional. But it is the people who make a place great, please thank Laura, Jess and Ethan at the front desk for us, friendly and helpful with great service. 5 Stars Chris K

Great hotel - even better customer service Hats off to Whistler Village Inn & Suites and to Receptionist/Concierge Laura Brown who was so very helpful and considerate both prior to and during my stay. The hotel is very conveniently located, has great room plus heated outdoor pool and hot tub. All in all a perfect choice for a Whistler base.
