Pass Don't Look We were in BC on a once in a lifetime road trip to this part of Canada. Our night stay here was the worst. Pretentious description as 4 Star. Valet Parking? Don't even offer your barely a 1 Star. Stop it! Dirty Floors, Dirty unlocked Passageways to dingy bars? What is that? Never will be back.

One night stay I’m sorry to say our experience was average at best, and I’m glad we only had one night there. Our room was facing the township on the floor above the pool level, and while it had some cute views, we were kept up all night by the noise from the restaurant/bar downstairs, until around 2-3am. We were not advised that there would be noise during check in. There are earplugs available outside of the elevators, though they do very little to keep the noise at bay, as there is also heavy bass. We paid extra for parking (on top of the expensive one night rate) but at least concierge parking was the same price as self-parking. Staff were nice and accommodating when it came to the parking. Pro: our room was modern and comfortable, with a nice bathroom. Con: the noise. Tip: make sure to book a room on a higher floor opposite the township if you want a decent sleep. Sadly, I (personally) wouldn’t stay again.

Doesn’t worth the price Unfortunately, it's not worth the price. We paid extra for a loft with a mountain view, which we regret and should have saved our money. The room is outdated and badly in need of renovation. The room description mentioned a French press and a PlayStation, but neither were there—you have to request them. Really, in 2024?! Instead, they offer instant coffee (which was awful) for a rate of $240 per night. The "balcony" is a joke—it's just a small area with a table and two chairs on the roof, with walls blocking the mountain view. We also found hair on the shower wall. Overall, the experience was deeply disappointing. The staff didn’t seem to care and never asked about our stay. I even had to reach out to get my final invoice after noticing odd charges on my credit card—not the $50 pre-authorization either.
