Beautiful hotel and views, visit the farm, make good reservations prior to arrival. Beautiful hotel with enough to do to check in for a weekend and not leave. The kids (and adults) loved the farm animals and the workers there were so informative and we loved speaking with them! The view from the front porch is spectacular and we went to see the foliage and it did not disappoint. The dinner was delicious as well. My only complaint is that there needed to be more food staff, we almost didn’t have a place to eat the first night because I didn’t realize reservations were needed and when we tried to place a room service order another night it took a very long time to get through.

Very nice hotel and breakfast We stayed one of the nights of our New England tour at the Mountain View Grand Resort in Whitefield New Hampshire. The property was very pretty, and very well cared for, and we had a comfortable night there. The highlight there was the very nice breakfast—a buffet served in a nicer fashion than a typical hotel, with wait staff seating us, bringing us drinks, and making sure our needs were met. We were happy with our visit to this hotel, and the beautiful surroundings. It was also convenient to our drive the next day, on the Kancamagus Scenic Highway.

Lovely resort, American Plan type vacation Old time style, destination resort, with ample outdoor activity options. It is a beautiful area. The place is clean. If you have ample funds and time, you’ll enjoy the pool, workout room, golf, disc golf, etc. Relax on the deck with a board game, whatever. I however was there for a conference. For conference purposes, it’s a long way from anything, expensive, and not terribly comfortable. If you’re going to have us drive to a resort during the shoulder season at least give us a decent price break.

Just Lovely! So Professional! This resort is just beautiful; I wish we could have stayed longer. We had to change our trip dates due to a death in the family, and the staff was SO helpful and more than accommodating. The restaurant had delicious pizza--it was late and we just needed a snack. Loved the farm.

Don’t waste your money We paid slightly over $600 for the room. When we arrived, there was no bellhop to help with luggage nor valet parking. The room we were given, was just off the lobby and looked like it was a former office turned into a new guest room. We paid for a king size bed when we were put into another room. It was a queen size and did not even have room for two people to sit. We went to go have dinner and they told us there were no reservations available and that we should’ve booked it days before.
Whether you pay $200 or $600 a night trust me this hotel is not worth it. There are many more in the area that are far more luxurious And hospitable and cater to those who can afford it.
