Beautiful Property! The lodge was beautiful and rooms were nice. Rainshower lofts were exceptional!! Every detail did not go unnoticed from the wood around the walls and elevators, beautiful LARGE public restrooms, nice outdoor hot tub, and extremely large rainshowers in the loft suite! The lodge was easy to get around with elevators and stairs, and the shuttle service was fantastic, quick and easy. Some of the artwork was vandalized unfortunately, but I'm sure that will be resolved. I wish there was an included breakfast option, that was a bummer as well. Otherwise very beautiful property and friendly staff!

Clean but the pools. Great hotel and very clean but the pool/hot tub is disgusting. The rooms are very well maintained and property is nice, staff very helpful, but the pool is genuinely bad.

very comfortable, spacious room & walkable to downtown Whitefish Room included very comfortable beds & a spacious bathroom. Common areas were also spacious, clean & comfortable. Relatively easy access to Glacier NP via either rental car or shuttle.

Great restaurant, but the rest was a letdown I had a prepaid reservation with a third party but when I checked in the room was put on my credit card as a temporary hold for about $550/ night! When I inquired ant at 8:30 PM, the evening before check out, the desk agent basically rolled his eyes and told me the manager had stepped out but would call me back. I was supposed to check out and leave very early the next day, but stayed up waiting for the call. When I walked back to the desk after waiting awhile, I was informed that the manager had left at 6:00 PM for the day. I was assured that the charge would drop off but shortly thereafter there was a second temporary authorization on my card fair about $550 ( total about $1100). The next morning, when I inquired again at the desk (I was too tired to leave early as planned), I was given a voucher for breakfast for our party. The manager did leave me a message and I returned the call and left a message but have not heard back from them. Nice restaurant with great food and lovely staff, but the hotel itself is not worth the cost- dated furniture and rooms, some (not all) incompetent front desk staff (some were very nice but the ones who weren’t make for a poor experience), and a long walk to town. Can’t recommend at this time…

Jacobsons Customer service was excellent from the minute we got off the train and into the Van. Check in was flawless. Every department customer service was exceptional. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Shuttle to and from town was great!
