Manager to the Rescue! Thanks to Kenya, the manager, we had an amazing time. Once she found out that my fiancée just had surgery, she made accommodations where our room was near to the door, low movement area, and was on the first floor. This was opposite of what we agreed to but she made things happen. Salute to her and her fine staff that made our stay an amazing experience!

Concert stay Very nice stay. Staff was very nice asked if we were okay with climbing stairs at check in. We had a nice big clean room. Breakfast was typical continental but way more than some others hotel chains. Will definitely stay again if we’re ever back in the area. Only recommendation might be to vacuum the carpets beside the beds a bit better.

Bed was smaller. I ordered two Queen and received 2 Full beds. The towels had hair when I checked the bathroom. Hallway has an old musty smell.
