Sort of your run of the mill decently priced budget hotel. Staff seemed nice but not that cordial. I was asked for my credit card and handed my keys to be on my way. Not typical of other Marriott branded properties that discuss the amenities of the property. The property and furnishings are a little dated. The room was fairly clean. Linens had some gray staining on the corners. Floor towel had some spots. Bathroom mirror had toothpaste residue from the previous patron. Elevators and hallways had specks of mud on the floor. Am I being a little picky? Possibly. I've stayed at the LaQuinta, Hampton, and Homewood nearby many times. They are a step above this property.

Helpful staff and clean room with a good bed. Typical Fairfield This is a typical Fairfield with a spotless room, a comfortable bed, and the normal Fairfield breakfast. Nothing special but nothing at all wrong. Well worth the price. One of the amenities is that the hotel is a ways from the main highway and right next to a shopping mall with Target, a pet store, and a Denny's across the parking lot, No need to go out on the highway. Very quiet location. This is my normal stop at Wichita Falls.

It's night in texas After leaving Dallas and driving weat this was our first stop. Hotel was very nice and the staff was very accommodating. The room was nicely appointed and the bed most comfortable. Had a good night sleep and was pleased with the morning breakfast.

Much better than hotels along the freeway! Have passed through Wichita Falls many times and always stay in hotels along the freeway. Decided to go further in town by the college and found the selection much better. Have stayed at other fairfield hotels and consistently find them very comfortable. We had our small dog with us and were pleasantly surprised to get such a nice room that allowed pets. Did not eat breakfast there. We will definitely add this one to our favorites list!

Good overnight stay Stopped here while traveling back home with our 3 kids. The lady who checked us in was wonderful. Very friendly and so helpful as I was traveling by myself with the kids. I had requested a bottom floor and did in fact get one. It was clean and comfortable. We only stopped to sleep and hit the road again the next morning, but we would definitely stay again if we are in the area.
