Worst hotel I've ever stayed at This hotel was old, dingy and in need of repair and/or updating. Our room was in serious need of repair. We had mold in and around the tub, the toilet wasn't secure to the floor, there was no interior security latch, broken furniture, horrible breakfast, no daily cleaning service, they didn't replace/restock towels or other amenities.

Fixing and shuttling semis Well here we go . I stayed here 2 nights , first night was ok , bed was comfy and room quiet , shower was awesome , no breakfast or very limited breakfast . 2nd night sheets in room 208 had big stains on them , why would wash and put stained sheets on .hotel was very worn out and smelled . The 2 Nd night they only rented out the 2nd floor because of no help to clean rooms . This could be a very nice hotel if they would just give it a good scrub and buff , front doors are non automatic tough for elderly . If you just need a cot and hot shower then this is the place. .

Average Stay, Friendly Manager in a Tired Hotel This is or appears to be a family run/managed property. I chose this property based on the price, the location's convenience to where I was working and reviews on this and other websites. I'm absolutely at a loss to understand how this place got the high ranking that it did. The photos shown are extremely well staged and hand picked. I'm not saying it was that bad, but certainly not worthy of the reviews that I saw beforehand. The person I dealt with the most was very friendly and as the length of my business stay was subject to change, she worked with me to add or cancel days as needed. This was and is greatly appreciated. The times I spoke or dealt with other people at the desk, were much less successful. For some, English was not their 1st (and perhaps not 2nd) language, and at other times, the person manning the desk didn't appear to have the authority to make management decisions or understand what I was asking. The property is located on an easily accessible lane near the freeway. It's convenient and quiet in terms of traffic. You can hear the highway traffic, but it didn't bother me. The hotel itself appears to be old or older and it has a very used and tired look about it. It stood in very stark contrast to the Holiday Inn Express, just across the street, but at or near twice the price. The Days Inn is close to a grocery store and any number of restaurants and fast food places. The bed was nice and the A/C was cold, which was the majority of what I needed for the purposes of my stay. There was a refrigerator, which functioned, but the freezer part was completely filled up and unusable with frost from never (I assume) having been defrosted. The bathtub while old, poorly caulked and in need of updating or replacement was serviceable. While I didn't time it exactly, it took upwards of 5 whole minutes to run through tepid water to get to hot water in the shower/tub. When it did come it was the temperature hot water should be. I was working 12 hour night shifts and sleeping days, so I worked out with the manager that I would let them know when I'd be out of my room early so they could clean my room at a time reasonable both for me and their cleaning schedule. I stayed there almost 2 weeks and had them clean my room 1 time, this revealed that there is a distinct insect problem, at least in the bathroom. They (not sure what they were, but not roaches) collected on the bathroom (not carpeted) floor between cleanings. Regarding the "breakfast" served. At the front desk there is a list of the 10 or so items available so if you read it there shouldn't be any surprises. I didn't read it/see it until several days in. The only hot item was something they called an omelet. While I didn't try it, it appeared to be a from frozen item. The remaining items consisted of apples, instant oatmeal, bread and a toaster with jams, jellies, and peanut butter, dry cereal (2 kinds), milk, and orange juice. 1 man's opinion is that you best forget that they serve breakfast and be pleasantly surprised that they have anything than set an expectation and be disappointed. I've tried to be as honest as I possibly can, so that you, the reader can make the most informed decision possible. Fair to the hotel and fair to the reader. I continued to stay here due to the flexibility, location and the reasonably budget friendly cost, at least compared to other places I saw. My wife would not have stayed here. Having said that, I was not overly happy with my choice, but neither did I see anything better at a same or lower rate. Good Luck

Keep looking Wow! I’ll start with the pros: AC works, superb shower water pressure, and floor was not gross. Strap in for the cons, I’ll start from the beginning: poison ivy growing in front flower bed. When checking in, they did have our reservation but “declined “ 3 of our credit cards (they worked fine before and after at different businesses). No elevator. Pool hasn’t been opened yet and doesn’t look like it will be open anytime. When arriving in the room first thing noticed is lack of security bar to lock door, screw holes in walls. Lots of marks on walls including hand prints. No screen on the window (kids wanted to plank out the window). Cigarette butts in window ( not only are they only 95% smoke free but they provide free smoke in window tracks). Sock in fold out couch. Beds lumpy and squeaky. Blankets! One bed was super worn with holes. The other, I don’t even know how to describe it… a cross between sandpaper, foam and carpet headliner???? Conclusion: pass on this unless you’re super desperate.

Six week cross country vacation Staff members tried breaking into the room but didn't succeed, demanded a refund but as of now I have not been credited . The person tried breaking into the room at 2am claims that he was looking for the tv remote. He was almost about to get shot
