Dont go Staff was less than helpful, on the side of rude and did not want to be bothered. Its a average hotel but the price gives you the impression it not. For 200 per night it definitely not worth it. One top of that, they charge you for breakfast that is poor.

Good but bad The hotel has been beautifully updated and athletically designed! Our room was big and clean. The staff was friendly. My only complaints are that breakfast is not included in the hefty nightly price, it is an additional $15/pp, and our biggest issue was that the curtains do not block out the light and there are street lights shining in all night! Unfortunately this kept us up all night and we did not sleep well at all. We would book again if we new there were no outside lights

Amazing Gem of a hotel We booked this hotel spur of the moment on a 2 week cross country roadtrip. We had been using points for another chain but decided to pay out of pocket to stay at this historical hotel. It felt like stepping back in time but with modern amenities. Room was large and clean with comfy bed. Steve(n) the bartender was a great ambassador for the hotel and Old Town. We would definitely stay again!

A Wichita hidden gem. A wonderful experience. I had no idea that the hotel offered such beauty and history. I walked around looking and reading the history attached…I enjoyed not only that, but the peace sitting in the lobby by the water fountain. The wonderful view from our room over the city was a plus. The room was nice, clean, quiet. We will definitely be booking again soon for our “stay-cation”!

Great getaway Hotel at Old Town has been our favorite getaway spot. They are renovating and the new room was very nice. It was Retro and featured Wichita and Aviation decor, while still keeping the comforts of fine home we love. The staff is welcoming, there is a relaxing piano bar on the weekends and it is a short walk to the pulse of old town.
