Some major problems Location is saving grace. Site description not accurate. Desk is not 24 hrs—closes at 11pm-7am. Breakfast is now a bag with 2 items-smallest container of apple juice and small fruit cup. Hall carpet worn and dirty. Every nite our key didn’t work and needed rekeyed. Every day despite a sign “do not enter” the maid came in spread the bed and turned the air conditioner off so room was 90 degrees. We knew it was not a 5 star hotel…however nonworking key every night and entering a room asking for privacy is not acceptable.

Easy for patients family in Wesley Hosp. We stayed at Wesley Inn because we had a critical patient at Wesley Hospital. We stayed 2 nights & pretty sure it is exactly the same everything as it was when I stayed here in the 70’s & 80’s for the same reason. I don’t care what it looks like it because it’s all about location. What makes me angry is had to re-key our key both nights & after putting out do not disturb both mornings & asking at the front desk to not clean they came in our room anyway! Also, turned off the air—- it’s 85 degrees now & it is not cooling off. I will drive across town from now on!

Worst place I’ve ever stayed Phones in the room do not work. The coffee pot is the wrong size and overflows. No wake-up calls. Breakfast was a joke! Only a granola bar and a juice big enough to fill up the stomach of a five-year-old!

The WORST hotel! The customer service was absolutely terrible, I have never had such a bad experience at a hotel in all my life. Paid for 2 nights and was not able to check in due to lack of communication from hotel.

Very good apart from bed This was a very good hotel apart from the carpets being a bit grubby in the corridors. Check in was friendly and helpful. There was no breakfast but there was a good place next door. The room was spacious and had all the usual amenities. The ice bucket leaked while on the desk so ruined some of my books. The worst thing was the bed. It felt comfortable but every time one of us turned over or moved we woke each other up as it felt like we were rolling around in a boat on a rough sea.
