Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else The hotel was certainly not the worst I have stayed at but not the best either. The lobby was clean, staff was friendly, elevator and hallways smelled of marijuana, and room had a funky smell. Bed sheets were clean but carpet was sticky, had to ask for fresh towels multiple times. Felt safe overall, room was quiet, no amenities, convenient location. Hotel needs major updates. Booked on Hotwire so you get what you pay for. I will not stay here again.

Pubic hair in the tub & out of order Rest Rooms! There were at least 15 pubic hairs in the tub and bathroom floor from previous people, no microwave, fridge froze everything, no iron, but there’s an ironing board, no hair dryer, paint splattered all over TV, charge you a $60 deposit, can’t check in early, not even 45mins. Restrooms in lobby were out of order, there are no lobby chairs or places to sit, no water upon arrival. You can hear the Tv in the next room over, the AC unit is so loud I could hear it through my ear plugs. Kids that worked there were asking for residents phone numbers as we were waiting to check in. It took the lady 20 mins to check 3 people in. Overall not great customer service or cleanliness.

BAIT AND SWITCH!!!! Four of us booked two rooms for the 2024 Eclipse. We were quoted a rate of $74.49 a night for 3 nights and had the confirmation emails in hand. At the time of making the reservation directly with their number for the hotel's reservation group, we were told that we didn't need a credit card to hold it, just give it to them when we checked in. When we checked in the person at the front desk told us that the reservations had been cancelled because it didn't have a credit card to hold it. We told them what we were told and that didn't matter. I asked if they had rooms available and he said yes and they were $150 a night (how convenient), they didn't have our rooms but did have rooms at twice the price. There was no one manning the desk or any manager on site that could do anything to help the customer and they are behind a big glass pain all around, not sure if we were in a bad area or customers always want to come after them. We left and found another hotel, if I was gong to pay a higher price, I sure as hell wasn't going to give it to them. As other people came in one group came in that had multiple rooms booked and they were told they were all in one room. These folks should not be the hospitality business!

Horrible hotel, horrible staff, filthy rooms, zero value. Do not stay here! We paid $179 (plus tax) for a horrible room in a horrible hotel. Wasn't worth $17.90 let alone what we Pais. The room was dity, there was empty wine bottles, food wrappers, and trash everywhere. The were phones on the endtables, but they were not connected to anything. Zero amenities (not a bar of soap, not a cup, etc.). Requests for help were met with blank stares. Staff was useless, and stayed behind their glass partition and did nothing. Better off to sleep in your car.

In town for Force Sports Volleyball Tournament Overall property was clean enough. Crumbs in bed. Cigarette smell in room and cigarette holes in wall. Beds and pillows comfortable. At check in tried to charge more for deluxe because "out of my room I booked, " which was a double queen. For the price was reasonable.
