Loud AC and no hot water in the rooms Overall, the room and the bed were comfortable. The room has a microwave, fridge and a coffee maker. The bathroom was clean. The hotel also provided with complimentary breakfast. Breakfast was good with quite a variety of choices. The hotel itself is very clean. However, the AC in the room was very loud and there was no hot water. When I called the receptionist, she said, I would have to wait for hot water as everyone is taking a shower at that time. In the morning, there was still no hot water. Poor customer service and the hotel itself need maintenance.

Gross roach motel Room looked nice however the room entry tile was greasy and we were sliding around. Pool was missing handrail to get in and out and the pool was so cloudy could not see the entire steps. Definitely could not see main drain. Curtains did not shut so it seemed like daytime all night. Went to get breakfast, only scrambled eggs. Coffee bar had ROACHES crawling around. We did not stay n eat. Diamond members but had to ask for complementary water. Never acknowledged loyalty status.

No guarantees, green bath water, no breakfast bags, i have been a exclusive hampton fan, no more Now they care more for dogs than humans. Green bath water no breakfast bags they use to refund if unhappy. No more just like all the other low rent hotels Except not low rent When i pay 170 for one night i just want what i pay for Nothing more nothing less

Typical, well maintained Hampton Inn with minor issues. We stayed there two different times in a 5 day period. Older but fairly well maintained. Clean. During the first stay, the shower shampoo and body wash dispensers were empty. The second time they were OK. During the first stay, at breakfast they ran out of hot foods by 8 am and we had to ask for more. No waffle batter. No milk for cereal. No regular tea bags. Apple juice was watered down. But after hot food arrived, it was good. We skipped breakfast during our second stay. But the hotel appeared very low on guests both times, so perhaps they were serving breakfast relative to their guest load. It also seemed that they were possibly short staffed. That might explain some of the shortages. But not an excuse. Nevertheless, I would consider staying there again. The problems were relatively minor overall.

Hampton Inn Always Delivers I had recently bought some property south of Wiggins, MS, and was looking for a place to stay Memorial Day weekend. Clearing land is pretty exhausting and I was looking forward to my stay. I checked in and the clerk had lived in my area of Florida and we had a nice chat. The room was clean and the only thing that was a problem was that the toilet would not flush. Being a homeowner I opend the lid on the tank and saw that the chain had come loose from the handle and fixed it. Other than that the room was awesome as Hampton Inns usually are. The breakfast was good and saves some money instead of eating out.
