My new favorite place to stay Extremely clean oceanfront hotel. Assigned parking ! Your room number is your parking space! Full kitchen and very comfortable beds. Staff and housekeeping very friendly and helpful. Beautiful pool. Restaurant on site offering breakfast and lunch.

I would choose another location Room is okay, just was blatantly dirty upon arrival. Floors not clean to the point if you don’t wear shoes it will appear as if you walked outside in the dirt bare foot. Attempted to clean myself with a towel, but they’re beyond some water and a towel. Wiped down a spot on the couch, wash cloth was black after, so I would assume the couches aren’t clean either. Tooth paste on the wall in the bathroom, pillow cases don’t seem clean. To top it off I was put in one room for two nights and have to move the third night that I added on prior to arrival with my 3 kids and all of our things. Extremely distasteful to do that to a guest who chose to pay to stay at your business. Based on that solely, I would not stay again.

Everything We Needed & More! Wonderful, friendly check in experience and found our room #206 to be spacious and accommodating with everything we needed for our family of 4. A full size fridge with stovetop, microwave, toaster, & coffeemaker. An iron with ironing board and hairdryer. Bedroom with nice armoire and plentiful drawer space and tv. Living area with pullout couch, tv and dining room table for 6. An elevator to transport luggage cart that was provided. An onsite restaurant (cash only - ATM inside) for breakfast and lunch. Nice size pool and 2 decks to lounge with view of ocean. The only thing I would advise if you have a large truck or SUV, the parking spaces are really tight. Pull your mirrors in as a precaution. We were so pleased with our overall experience here that we would definitely recommend to others and come back again. Give this place a try and maybe request oceanfront so you have an even more gorgeous view!

Terrible staff This hotel is a nice location. However it is unsafe.They have overloaded extension cords in the units. We have been coming here a few years and have a total 6 rooms each year. This year was the worst. We had outlets that spark, tubs that don’t drain and be sure to bring a roll of duct tape to hold the dressers closed. That was how the maintenance man wanted to fix the problem with the drawers. The lady at the front desk is by far the rudest person I have encountered in all of my traveling. When I told her we won’t be returning because of the problems mentioned above. Her response was “good I will be glad not to have your business. “ The craziest thing, she is the owner’s daughter.

The rudest and most condescending staff you will ever encounter!! Our room was flooded through the AC vent in the ceiling. The flood occurred right over the kitchen counter/stove area causing food to be ruined. After bringing this to the staff's attention, I was dismissed and scoffed at. I asked to be refunded for the food which was ruined and for my family having to do takeout because the food was ruined. I was accused of pulling a stunt because I didn't bring them the ruined, soggy food. Yet the pictures show everything. Aside from this, the air conditioners are loud and rickety and there are still corded phones in the room. The upside is the location to the beach. There are so many other lovely resorts in Wildwood Crest, don't choose Beau Rivage.
