Great Staff Tiny rooms barely fit two people comfortably First the Good: The Hotel is located VERY close to Busch Gardens, Parking is very easy and the Hotel lobby is very nice. The pool is a decent size and has both an indoor and outdoor swimming area which was great on a hot day. The Staff was extremely Helpful and very fast when we asked for anything. The Bad: There are very limited options for food in this area so you will be driving 15 minutes to a market or a good restaurant. The Room itself, wow is this room SMALL literally only mini couch and desk. No fridge and tiny bathroom, don't try to get 4 people in this room you will be sorely disappointed. I also believe it to be overpriced, the location is what you are paying for here if you want something near Busch gardens and somewhat near Williamsburg "10 minutes"

Disappointed Spent 5 days here.First of all the location is beautiful.The room looks lovely.The beds were very uncomfortable.I have sore spots on my hips from the springs.we had 4 people and only six pillows which were extremely soft and flat.when we arrived they told us the restaurant was closed but there would be coffee in the morning,there was but it was just okay the coffee in the room tasted better they did not even offer grab and go breakfast even though their site said that they provided it.I asked for our room to be cleaned they said they wouldn’t clean it till the third day and we needed to request if we wanted it cleaned after that.the third day came and went the room was not cleaned.we only had 4 towels for 3 days.I called down after being gone all day and requested more coffee ,towels and toilet paper,since we were all out.they said I had to come down to the desk and pick it up they would not bring it up to us.I went down to pick it up and they gave us the stuff in a giant trash bag but the front desk person could not find the toilet paper could I come back in 5-10 min so she could find it.I also requested that they clean our room the next day at this time they said yes.I went back and got the tp after 15 min.the next day we left for Busch gardens and expected to come back to fresh sheets and fresh towels.the cleaning staff never came.so on the day of check out we left with a room that was never cleaned and a giant trash bag full of our towels in the bathroom .they never asked how our stay was or anything.I would suggest going to bypass road and stay at the holiday inn express better service and breakfast too.for a Marriott owned property and the extra money I expected more .very disappointed .

Excellent Hotel, Easy Access to Busch Gardens We had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard near Busch Gardens. My wife and I traveled with our two-year-old and booked a King 1 br suite, which was a perfect room for our trip. The hotel is easy to access and the drive to the park is less than 5 minutes. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and we had a good experience ordering takeout. Pool is great, hotel very quiet and comfortable. Great option if you’re planning a trip to the area.

Quiet I had an absolutely wonderful stay. It was very quiet. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. If there had to be a one small drawback it would be that it may be time to redecorate/remodel. However, that is NOT to take away from the cleanliness of this hotel. My room was immacculate. I know because I carry a black light with me. As a business traveler I'm on the road 4 to 5 days a week so, it was nice to actually feel at home away from home. Great job folks.

Pleasant stay My family and I stayed at this hotel during Labor Day and it was a very pleasant stay. There's not much activities or things to do in the area besides Busch Gardens however there are plenty places to dine (from 5 star to McDonald's). The front desk staff was really nice and very helpful; I didn't realize how large the hotel was so there was a bit of walking daily just to get to our room (but walking is always good). The pool was pretty neat as it had both indoor and outdoor (part of the pool was closed in and the other was exposed)--the weather was about 82-85' so the water was actually cold but after a while you got used to it. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. The restaurant wasn't open due to COVID however there are places you can eat nearby.
