Great stay! Very nice hotel. The pool was nice and the breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. I also liked the little store they had and it was very convenient to be able to buy drinks and snacks quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Such beautiful hotel The nicest Holiday Inn Express and suites I have ever stayed in!! It ranks better than some of the five star hotels I have been in! It was very clean, absolutely beautiful. The room was very comfortable and large and had everything, they have just renovated it and they did a beautiful job! I I highly, highly recommend .

In Tony we trust The most friendly, funny, professional great guy at the front desk.....Tony is the man he is a perfect example of service and support that any guest would welcome. HIE needs to promote this guy to corporate training all front desk staff. Ty Tony

Disappointing We stayed for 4 nights to visit the area. The hotel is clean and comfortable however the breakfast was lacking, they didn’t get any sugar for the breakfast for the entire time we were there which was very disappointing considering many of us prefer not to eat chemical laced sweeteners. The cleaning staff was hit and miss, some were ok, others were just plain rude. I would likely not stay at this location again.

Ok for a one night stop? Hotel clean and comfortable enough. Breakfast ok but closed promptly at 9.30 (staff literally shut the doors on the dot!). Pool absolutely freezing so nobody using it. Location seemed good but most nearby restaurants either are shut some days or close at 8. Long walk into historic Williamsburg where everything shuts down by 7-8pm! A request for 300$ security deposit seemed odd. Safes in rooms do not work.
