Enjoyable stay The resort is in a convenient location. Close to everything. Reception staff not overly friendly but not rude either. They were basically just doing their jobs. Our two bedroom unit was excellent. Fabulous floor plan. Bathrooms were a great size and set up. The unit was clean but the furniture was quite worn. There were lots of towels and towel racks in the unit. Major plus! Parking at the unit was a problem. The spaces are extremely tight. Our vehicle got SEVERAL dings as a result. Not happy about that. Parking close to the unit was also an issue. Some unit occupants had more than one vehicle taking up multiple spots, so parking in front of or even close to our unit was impossible. The grounds were well maintained, in fact beautiful.

Very Nice Resort This was a great place, there are tons of things to do, great restaurants, it's central to all of the good attractions and it was very nice, we stayed in a pet friendly unit and the staff was very friendly I definitely recommend this vacation spot.

Nice family resort We took our 5 year old grandson on a little east coast road trip. Our unit was spacious and clean. A short walk to the pool area which was a hit with him, slides, basketball in the pool and a lazy river. A large hot tub for adults was also enjoyable.

So so Colonial Williamsburg was interesting but would probably not hold interest for young children, The pool are was quite nice at the Colonies (water slides and lots of chairs). I thought the resort fee was excessive. Terrible pillows.
