Wonderful staff but facility & grounds need care. Our unit was spacious, mostly clean and the beds comfortable. There were several things of concern. The stove exhaust fan blew in instead of out. There was no safety guard covering the fan blades. The garbage disposal sounded broken and was not usable. 1/2 of the folding doors covering the washer/dryer unit was missing. Several light bulbs were burned out. Toward the end of the week there were ants. Resort instructions told us where the large dumpsters were to dispose of our trash bags. No trash pick up or close trash cans available. We were talked into viewing a unit and very high pressure tactics used to encourage us to buy into their plan. Start to finish this took about 2-3 hours. I used the onsite spa for a massage for an additional fee & it was wonderful. We enjoyed bingo, corn hole and people watching. They offered tennis, pickle ball & basketball. The pools & hot tub looked good but with so many children it was not enjoyable for adults just looking to swim & relax. I got into the hot tub one time and was soon joined by a child with a large swim ring who kept bumping into others. Supervision was left to parents who were doing their own thing. The landscaping was not cared for. Weeds were in every flower bed. Outside our patio a large pine tree had poison ivy growing up it about 10 feet. Overall, in spite of the shortcomings, we enjoyed our stay largely due to the very professional & nice staff.

Nice and clean resort Close to three historical towns, many restaurants close by, nice environment, clean and quiet place. The suit is pretty roomy, has a large living area. We had a nice balcony as well. The furniture is bit old.

Madhatter Travels Excellent resort in all respects; on site and the surrounding area. Only Vacation Village in Westin is comparable to this resort and location. All sites in Orlando come in third to Williamsburg and Westin. Now that we are retired, we plan to add Williamsburg to our regular list of yearly trips. Westin, Williamsburg, Orlando, and West Palm Beach are in our top six. Puerto Vallarta (Huevo) is in the top five as well. Our sixth week of travel is always reserved for a new or surprise location. That is how we found Williamsburg and why we expanded our five week plan to a six week plan. Enjoy

Very disappointed. Won't go back. Resort was dated, furniture and carpet was not clean, infested with ants, and had to call maintenance three times to keep the AC working in the upstairs unit.

Pleasant stay Clean, spacious units - outside pool area was nice as were the tennis/pickleball courts Appeared to have a variety of activities and entertainment. Front desk staff could be a little more cheery.
