Nice resort-great location! Spent a week here. Terrific staff in-service. Rooms are a bit worn in places, and one of my bath towels actually had a hole in the middle of it. Crappy towels aside, the amenities are wonderful! Terrific pools, a mini golf course, games, and tons to do. Great location for Williamsburg, Yorktown and Jamestown! We would definitely come back

Fun Family Vacation This is one of the best resorts we have visited that included as many amenities and family-oriented activities! We enjoyed the outdoor and indoor pools, video arcade, miniature golf and evening firepit roasting marshmallows. This resort had it all and was so close to visiting Colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown Settlement. Also loved the food trucks that were arranged for the guests!

Picture does not reflect resort! This resort was small, the rooms were small, only one pool and hot tub which was seriously overcrowded! The bed took up most of the bedroom! Don’t get a first floor unit since the air conditioner units are outside the bedrooms. On a positive note our unit was clean…..

Lots to do but crowded The amenities here are plentiful (pool, putt putt, game room, tennis court, yard games) but it is a huge resort so all those things are pretty crowded. The pool was very crowded and had very warm and cloudy pool water. My 8 and 10 year old did not want to go swimming again because they were so uncomfortable there. The units are spacious (except tiniest bathrooms I’ve ever seen at a Wyndham) and they are dated. The floors are SO creaky and you hear your upstairs neighbors’ every step. The units’ cleanliness is ok but the common hall area is pretty bad. We noticed it the first day and assumed it would get cleaned at some point but 4 days in it still looks the same. From looking around the area, it seems most places are similarly aged so I expect these are common observations for accommodations in this area. All the employees have been very courteous and helpful - security guards, game room attendants, building services, etc.

Great Resort Kings gate was a treat. The accommodations were excellent. Washer/dryer, partial kitchen, dishwasher. Very good (free) amenities. Adult and family pool. Miniature golf. One tennis court also doubled as a pickle ball court. Within 15-20 minutes of most everything. WiFi was a little inconsistent.
