DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE We have stayed at this hotel before and all was fine however this year we were on our way to the hotel for July 4th and part of the hotel flooded. The hotel canceled our reservation and would not help us find a room in the Burlington/Williston area on a busy holiday weekend. The “best they could do” so put us up in Bolton Valley - which is too far away (over 40 minutes). We were stranded - 2 adults/ 2 kids and a dog. The hotel would not even connect us with a manager or a supervisor to help . Apparently all management was off duty and not available to help. I find this absurd. I’m sure the hotel has insurance to cover these situations. This hotel should not be allowed to use the Sonesta name. Their customer service was horrific.

If there was a zero, I would rate it as such Made reservations 2 mos prior to arrival, given studio with fireplace. Arrived, not available but this was minor. Entire hotel in total disrepair with paint peeling, overflowing trash cans outside with household garage everywhere. Asked desk 3 days in row about cleaning it up, finally end of day 3 picked up. BUT the unit next to us, had large white kitchen trash bags stacked. Day after day no pick up. We saw this each time we left our unit. We would have moved but area hotels were full. We have needed to make multiple reservations, moving daily. Daily grab and go, same same each day. Advice to avoid this hotel at any cost. The unit screen on slider was torn off. The only plus was linens appeared to be new, unit was tired but clean, bed comfortable.

Very impressed! My family and I are lifelong Vermonters who love to travel. We've stayed at many different hotels across the US, but never in VT so we wanted to have a mini get-away in the mountains we love so much. We couldn't get a room in Burlington so we settled for the Sonesta ES Suites in Williston - and were so glad we did. The Sonesta was only a few minutes from Burlington shopping area, and definitely is our favorite hotel so far! The suites are spacious, the layout is lovely with the loft and full kitchen. It was clean, the towels are nice and large too. Two bathrooms made the stay with kids so much easier! The beds are comfortable and there were enough beds that everyone was able to sleep comfortably and not have to use the pull-out couch (we have five kids). The staff is very friendly and professional, I was checked in by Victor and a lady whose name was maybe Karen, I think (so sorry if I got that wrong!). Very lovely people! Made us feel very welcomed and like we'd be taken care of quickly if we needed anything (which we didn't, because the room was well stocked). Overall best hotel experience we've had. We'll be back! And will recommend to anyone looking for a room in the area. Thanks for the great experience guys, from The Moodies who stayed in room 424.

Dirty and Disappointing! Garbage never picked up, stacked outside of rooms, including dirty diapers! No food service - including grab and go! No fresh towels or linens - needed to go get everything myself. Room rates.... same as pre-COVID with all amenities open. No place to cook or eat outside or even sit! People staying with large dogs all around which were clearly over the 40 pound limit. This place is NOTHING as it appears on-line! Horrible and they should pay you to stay with them!

Was not happy with this stay Stayed in the loft and the tv in the downstairs bedroom did not work. Which is a bummer for children. No extra toiletries in either bathroom. Nothing to clean dishes with. I’ve stayed here a few times. However it seems each stay get worse.
