The Champagne Lodge & Luxury Suites

Absolutely lovely. The Resort was very Comfortable clean and a friendly environment, I would recommend this place for any occasion. The staff is friendly and very informative and helpful and show courtesy to there consumers also served continental breakfast every morning.

Go Somewhere Else. Old towels, odd toiletries (hand soap should be individual bars not shared bottles of Dial which is unsanitary), and industrial strong smelling cleaning product residue throughout room. The property is decrepit and poorly maintained. And expensive for the area by standards of much deviation. Do not take your chances. Go somewhere else with a mainstream hotel.

Worst stay ever Staying here for one night. And we were charged $60 for the hair dye that came on the pillowcase. The pillow cases are basic 5 dolar cases and even they could wash it. room they gave us was suite 114. The steam room was not working and the rooms were very humid.

Worst "Luxury Suite" experience - the place is outdated and dirty I would recommend exploring other lodging options as the room may not meet expectations due to its outdated appearance and significant need for thorough cleaning. Despite being advertised with amenities such as a king size bed, jacuzzi, fireplace, and 50-inch TV, the room appeared to be in a state of disrepair reminiscent of the 1980s. The steam feature in the shower no longer functions. The overall condition of the room was worn down and unsanitary, with hair on the floor and remnants of rose petals from a previous guest found within the bedding and under the mini fridge. The jacuzzi was not used as we did not feel comfortable without first cleaning it, and we were surprised to find ice provided in Ziplock bags, which was unexpected for a hotel setting. As a healthcare professional, I was particularly concerned about the cleanliness of the room and the condition of the linens, towels, and bedding. In fact, I found it necessary to purchase a pillow and blanket from a local store for my own comfort. I believe that other guests, especially couples seeking a special experience, may be disappointed by the current state of the accommodations.

Birthday stay I wasn't going to come . I kept putting it off...I really enjoyed my stay. It was nice ,quiet and very comfortable. Front desk ladies was welcoming. I look forward to coming back. Also I was offer to upgrade my room which I did. I'm glad I did ... see ya soon_
